Came in to get panda for dinner tonight for me and my sister, and got 2 plates both with orange chicken and their sides. Well he gave us both hot orange chicken which my sis didn't eat, and completely forgot my whole other side. Now i didn't notice until i got all the way home. Decided it wasnt worth it to drive back at this point i was already very frustrated and hungry. They were a little busy, but thats no excuse to completely butcher someones order. but i will say this location is not great. Bad experience for me and my sister.

I wasn't able to eat lunch during my break because they took too long on cooking a new batch. They decided to put my order last for some reason. I was gonna ask for a refund but I didn't have time for that either. Pretty disappointed and extremely hungry still.

Whenever i get my nails done (once every month/ another month) me and my dad come here after to get lunch. i love the food, we always come inside the restaurant . i feel like it’s quicker and they do it infront of you sso if they mess up you can easily let them know.

I find staff here super sweet. I love sweet n sour sauce and sso does my dad he always asks to add an ‘unholy’ amount of the packets, last time the lady grabbed a handful and few more and put them in the bag. which i think is hilarious in a good way. only thing is, usually when we come in there’s like a loud-ish family and whatnot which is understandable or uncomfortable. or there’s just literally no one inside.

it’s truly a great place. prices are spot on and sso is the food!!

I have been here once, and the food was good. However, we had an extra wait because they had run out of orange chicken. There was a manager on duty and even though nobody was complaining, he got us all free drinks as an apology for the wait. That was very nice.

-10's !!!! Just went to Panda in Newberg for the first time in a year. Previous service a year ago SUCKED, and guess what, same service today. Drive thru asked me to park. Only 5 minutes says. 10 minutes later i have to go in to get my food. Put my order off to fill other orders. Same old horrible service here. OUTTA SIGHT, OUTTA MIND !!! WON'T GO BACK !!!

I waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive-through line because the person in front of me had not gotten their food and was upset. Initially, this bothered me. Because I thought the person should move. Then they receive their food and I pulled up to the window and was told that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes for all of my food items. I don’t have a problem with them cooking the food fresh. I think that’s really great. I have a major problem with is waiting nearly 30 minutes for fast food. I also have a major problem with not being told when I’m ordering my food that they don’t have those items ready. This is a fundamental breakdown of communication that if the staff were better at communicating to their customers that the item that they requested is not available then it would save them time by maybe allowing them to pick something else or decide they want to leave. But wasting my time is unacceptable, especially when it could’ve been solved by something as simple as a few words. Do better.
