One item I ordered was not ready and took quite awhile, but I appreciated that it was freshly cooked.

Good food, quick and friendly service.
Restaurant clean and well stocked.
I'd visit again if in the area. It was a very standard experience with food portion sizes.
They have seats if you wish to sit down. But you can also stand; no one will force you to do either. Stand on one leg if you'd rather, the choice is yours.

Did not get the sauce for the teriyaki chicken, but it was a fund raiser night and very busy.

We ordered a few family packs for a gathering. We ordered early & put in our pickup time. They texted me saying our order was hot & fresh so come and get it 32 minutes before the time we wanted it. Hot and fresh? Nope. They informed my husband that they do this all the time because some people want it early. Why do they ask for a pickup time if they are going to do it when it's good for them, not the customer? Bummer.

Panda Express is very good at preparing and having Americanized Chinese Food available to be served immediately upon entry to the restaurant. There is no ordering from a menu, you simply decide if you want 1, 2, or 3 items and if you would like Fried Rice or Noodles to go with it. If you're looking for authentic Chinese Food, Panda Express probably isn't your best choice, but if you're looking for fast Americanized Oriental Food, then Panda Express is probably the best choice in the marketplace. The food is prepared ahead of your entrance into the restaurant, and you simply select which items you would like to eat, decide on your drink selection, and within less than a minute your party can be dining at one of their tables. The restaurant was clean and well designed, the wait staff was very cordial, and efficient, and I was very pleased with the restaurant overall, except I have travelled extensively in China, Taiwan, and Korea and the flavors and smells of the foods that are prepared locally in those countries is far better, and offers completely different tastes, but they are over six-thousand miles away. I would recommend Panda Express if your looking for a quick ready-made oriental meal at a decent price.

I just got home with our order. Plate with Orange Chicken and white rice, normally a favorite, but not this time. Good thing I'm trying to slim down, because I couldn't eat it all. The rice had crunch balls in it, and the orange chicken had a few crunchy balls and pieces that weren't even chewable. The 2nd plate, my daughters, was Honey Walnut shrimp, Orange chicken and rice. Fortunately, she's recovering from a recent surgery, and couldn't eat more than 2 bites, but it was also due to finding some unidentified "Food"object. This was the worst experience we've had.

I usually love Panda Express because I’m a human garbage disposal with low standards, but I think this was the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had. I’ve had panda that wasn’t fresh in the past, but this is the first time that it didn’t actually taste like Panda Express. The noodles were dryer than I’ve ever had even though they didn’t seem old, and the rice was dry and bland, like it wasn’t cooked in oil or seasoned. I don’t know if they are trying to save money or just don’t follow the corporate recipes but it was not at all like any other panda I’ve been to.
