Even when we make reservations while in town for a softball tournament, they are never prepared. We have even tried calling multiple times and talking to the manager to make sure they understand our party size and needs. Every visit is a different issue—no one to serve alcohol, soda machine broken, 2 employees total working… we will have to find a different location for team dinners and this place can’t seem to handle more than 1 family of 4 at a time.

We called WEEKS in advance to make a reservation for approx 65-75 people and were told “no problem”. Checked in closer to the day and still “no problem”. Showed up and literally 3 people were working and we ended up all having to leave because wait times for food were 60-75 minutes. And the soda machine was broken. And no one could serve alcohol.

Last few times I've tried to order online the order did not go through no problem however when trying to call no one picks up the phone. Once I called multiple times and finally someone answered I asked abot my order and then they hung up. I continued to call back with no answer and then tried from a different phone number and they answered dominos pizza and called the same number as before when they answered round table. After many attempts to try and reach someone only for them to pick up saying all orders were canceled and refinds issued. Ok no problem money was returned and just poor customer service but today once again placed a order online and got a confrontation number but no pizza after 1hr past the delivery estimate and when trying to call 15 min after order was placed just to make sure order went through due to previous issues and once again no answer (hopefully the charge does not got through but last time I had to dispute the charges with my bank). If the store closed early due to staffing/ other issues then online ordering should be turned off. Love the food but overall I have had to many horrible experience with this restaurant which is a shame because it is one of 2 pizza places that will delivery to my home. For those of you that think they cancel due to little to no tip I tipped 18%. These are not corporate owned restaurants and it just seems like lack of staff or poorly trained staff. Hopefully the owners will read this and take action as I am sure I am not the only one experiencing these issues with this location. Ps I am not mad just disappointed as i was really hoping for some good pizza! I am not one to post bad reviews as I work in retail/customer service and know how thing go but if the owners dont know what is happening at their restaurant they cant fix the issues as well as giving anyone who orders from this location a heads up that they may or may not receive the food they ordered.

We had ordered 2 different pizzas. The first pizza came out and it was made incorrect. Went up and told the employees but they didn’t seem to care. Just said there was a language barrier with the kitchen. Didn’t offer to remake it at all. The 2nd pizza took over an hour to come out. Went up and checked on it after the first one came out and they looked for it. The girl said she must’ve made a mistake and given it to someone else. Waited another 40 min for this one to come. By this time everyone was done eating before we got the 2nd pizza. We’ve been to this location several times and this was by far the worst experience ever! Will not be going back to this location.

Had pizza to day with family We ordered our food I was told it's gonna take 20 minutes . After 40 minutes or longer I want back up there to see where our food is at I got an excuse they're saying they got busy I told them that we ordered a food about 40 minutes ago or longer and I said where is our foodI don't want any stupid excuses this is getting ridiculousThere was people that got there before we did and they already got their food way before us . The pizza was Dry light cord board With hardly any meat on it . Each piece of pizza had maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni on that 2 small pieces of chicken and 2 small pieces of pineapple I ordered some Buffalo wings I told them mildThey were hot ? Could not eat them . So 45 mins or more to get Too small disgusting pizzas Buffalo wings that were supposed to be mild but hot The 12 piece was a A waste of $59. Next time I will just get pizza for winco for $12.

We ordered over the phone , pizza was ready in 20 minutes …. Good pizza and good service -we picked it up so didn’t eat at the restaurant but my husband said it looked clean inside … we will eat here again

Came in on a Tuesday mid afternoon and the place was empty. Man that took our order was nice, the process was simple and quick. We found a table and then started to go make our salads at the salad bar. Things weren't as fresh as they should have been but we made the best of it. Pizza came out quickly and piping hot. Not a bad little spot to grab a bite to eat.
