They will make mistakes on your drinks, or even hand you a different drink altogether, and then do absolutely nothing to fix it, and make you drive off with a drink you didn’t order. Wish I could give less stars.

I pre-ordered before I left my hotel and still had to wait a while once I was inside the store.

Great disappointment came over me when I found that they put raspberries in my dragon drink instead of dragon fruit. That made me sad.

Coffee tastes like water and they prioritize the drive through so walk ins took forever even though the store was mostly empty.

I've been coming here with my husband for many years and I went in yesterday for the new chai with cherry foam but was very skeptical haha. When I tasted it, it was the best flavors ever and im not a fan of cherry at all and wow what a great mix of flavors. But not just that drink, everytime i come in here they are always extremely sweet, very friendly, smiling, fun and just all around amazing. The coffee is always great but yes sometimes they mess up but the great thing is. They're very apologetic and quick to fix it. Love this shop and will always come back. Thank you guys.
Also I love how they write things on the cups. They're so sweet.

I feel like this location doesn’t know how to properly make the seasonal Lavender matcha :( Whenever i order it, there’s little to no lavender cold foam, and the entire drink is 90% foam and a couple sips of actual liquid.

My favorite barista was fired and now the coffee sucks. There’s no more beautiful design in my latte, there’s no more cheerful barista actually carrying on a conversation. The new manager Ryan sucks. Time to find a new coffee place in Newberg.

Extremely mad and utterly disappointed that the new manager RYAN has decided to fire a true staple of that location for reasons that he himself was not in compliance with. Let alone other members of the team. Mya is so dedicated to her team and her store and customers. She has bent over backwards for you guys for two years. She was amazing loving and friendly to me my daughter and my puppy. Always serving with a smile happy upbeat and positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile for not just her customers but the Starbucks brand as well. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK UNTIL HR MAKES THIS RIGHT. Ryan sounds like a complete corporate kiss ass that single Mya out and doesn’t hold himself or others to the same standards he held her at and fired her for. Absolutely disgusting.
