I had the most magical experience. Cate and Moorea along with their supervisor Makenna were so kind and helped me find the perfect drink. I had the worst day and they turned it around in a flash. I thought customer service was dead with this generation and I am so happy to have been proven wrong! Keep it up!

I pre-ordered before I left my hotel and still had to wait a while once I was inside the store.

Great disappointment came over me when I found that they put raspberries in my dragon drink instead of dragon fruit. That made me sad.

I've been coming here with my husband for many years and I went in yesterday for the new chai with cherry foam but was very skeptical haha. When I tasted it, it was the best flavors ever and im not a fan of cherry at all and wow what a great mix of flavors. But not just that drink, everytime i come in here they are always extremely sweet, very friendly, smiling, fun and just all around amazing.
