I’ve only been to this location a few times. I always order a mocha and twice they’ve not put enough cocoa in it as all the other locations always have. Bland. This morning I’m off to an early start and would love to stop in and get a mocha but not worth the money just to be cheated on the product.

This location is relatively new at the time of writing this. The staff was patient as I got my order together.
I used the drive thru to order. The barista was friendly and helpful. The drinks were made exactly how I ordered them. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

Passing through town - and forgot my debit card , after they let me know they take apple pay - I started ordering and my contact fell out. Needless to say I become stressed out.The staff was so kind and sweet- I’ve never experienced something like that. 10 stars to the staff working (4/16 @2:30)

I love everything about this place. When I come in every is really happy to see me. Also during the slower times I get to talk to them about things I have been working on during my free time. I can tell they love there job because the drinks I order come out perfect. Thanks for all you do.

I ordered my usual almond milk Hot chocolate (unheated) with Peppermint added, which normally costs $4.65. The drive through cashier initially was going to charge me $4.65, but then "corrected" the charge to more than this. The new cost was inconsistent with all past purchases here. When I cancelled the order, the cashier said: "Sure, we can cancel this over 10 cents!" I consider this highly unprofessional, and inaccurate. I canceled the order because of inconsistent treatment by the store. Note: this is the only bad experience I have had here.

First and foremost, the coffee I was made tasted like sewage smells..Waited around to have my order taken with four employees wandering around staring at me. Finally had my order taken from someone in the back, spent another 15 minutes waiting for a simple coffee while one person made all drinks for lobby and DT and the other three lingered around. I understand new stores, but soft opens exist for a reason. Set your staff up for success before letting them flop.
