seems like all of the employees here are in such a hurry that they start being rude and disrespectful to customers. they forgot a drink with our order and after handing us the one, she had a disgusting tone while saying to have a good day and slammed the window shut before i could get a word out about the other drink. this employees name was harper with kinda blonde/red hair. and not a single person came to the window for upwards of 3 minutes. she then came back to the window with the second drink and again talking with a tone as if we had done something horrible and slammed the window again…. mind you the store was completely empty and i was the only car in the drive through. this is not a case of overworked employees, just unprofessional. if you hate your job that much, find another job.

Not sure if the person taking out order was just in a bad mood but if she doesn’t like working in a people oriented job she might want to consider a job change. Super rude. I didn’t get her name but a blonde younger lady. Our coffee even tasted weird.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order and I wasn’t going to make it in time to pick up my drink so I called to retime it and they were incredible rude and unhelpful. They said they cannot alter the cue and I’ll just have to get it when I get there. I explained I didn’t want it to sit there for 20 minutes and get watered down and gross. She refused to compromise so ultimately I asked her to cancel my order and refund it and she said she cannot do that either. So I decried to forfeit my drink there and went to a different Starbucks because of how she was unable to come to any reasonable solution. Horrible horrible location. Will not ever be back.

I like the location. The drive-through is very hit and miss. Most of the time is extremely slow and there’s this constant theme of thank you for your patience or thank you for waiting. Sorry for the long wait and I come here every morning especially at 6 AM, trying to get to work sometimes it takes way too long in compared to the other location in town.

Ordering a blended coffee, offer it to me hot, I asked again for it to be blended, was given a shaken lukewarm coffee. Rude at drive through Would give zero stars if possible
