I haven't eaten yet but the two people who helped me on Sept 16, 2024 at 11:57 a.m. were some of the most unfriendly people I've ever seen at a Subway. Their attitude made me feel like I was an interruption and inconvenience. Two stars because they were cleaning when I came in and the store was clean and I'm going to assume the sandwiches are right because i watched them make them. For some weird reason I tipped them. Probably because it pops up on the screen when you check out. Maybe it will prompt them to have a better attitude for the rest of the customers.

I love subway but every time we order from this location our food is wrong. I online ordered and asked for toasted it wasn't. And then asked for extra pickles and extra olives and got none. It's also NEVER ready when it's supposed to be even when they're not busy. It's so disappointing

A Newbergian

There are 2 Subways in Newberg, one at each end of town. I prefer this Harrison location on the West end. Its very clean and I find the help friendly and fast. Most of the time I recognize the counter people and I like that this location does not have lots of 'turnover'.

So apparently they don't know how to follow instructions on freaking door dash I paid 77 dollars for 4 toasted sandwiches and got 4 soggy sandwiches the two girls do nothing but screw around 40 mins for 4 sandwiches?

this use to be a decent place to go get a good sandwich I just went in there before 11 o’clock stood at the counter for 10 minutes while one of the associates was messing around in the back and the other one was helping one of two customers in the store, which I was the second. I ask for my breakfast sandwich steak egg and cheese and bacon was told that I couldn’t get a breakfast sandwich because it was after 11 o’clock. It was 1105 and I been standing there for 10 minutes. I said you can put egg on the sandwich? and she said no not after 11 o’clock , so completely satisfied with the service there will not be coming back .

i ordered a sandwich online from doordash, it was just bad, barley any toppings on my sandwich i had to add to it with stuff at home and it still wasn’t good at all. wouldn’t recommend to anyone, go to jersey mikes.

Beware stay away : if I could give no stars I wouldMy family and I decided to go this subway for dinner, before going to a school concert on Tuesday evening, and since we were on that side of town we would go to this location. Boy was that a bad idea. I have only been to this location 1 time, this would have been my 2nd time. Walked in and lots of the tables were dirty, giving the benefit of the doubt because I used to work at the other subway, maybe they got busy. We waited almost 35 mins for her to make 1 foot long and 1 six inch. My mom decided to not get a sandwich because of all the NATS ON THE FOOD. Which weren’t as bad until she was up to order 35 mins later. ( They could go to any store and pick up the nat traps.) Also there was a guy working with the girl, why wasn’t he helping her? Also with the guy working, he was touching the trash cans taking the trash out. And was touching the counters without washing his hands. I told him that was against the rules and to wash his hands, it’s food safety . He washed his hands for 2 to 5 secs if that, and said it’s not a big deal, I’m just going to touch the containers not the food. I then told him hell yes it is a big deal, and that I would be calling the DM Jennie and which I did while I was still waiting for my food. That was Tuesday that I called and left a message, I still haven’t heard anything from her. So clearly I guess they don’t care about food safety at this location and if they don’t care for it at this location then they don’t care at the other 2 they have. Which is honestly crazy to me because when I worked there Jennie was all about cleanliness and proper food storage. I will not be going back to any of the subways that are ran by these folks. It’s sad too, but it’s okay Jersey Mikes is coming to town!Also you guys might want to educate your employees on how to ring out customers she was going to charge me 32 for a six inch 33 $6.99 and a foot long chicken breast $10 and some change 1 meal and one extra bag of chips. I calculated it and it came up to $24 dollars and that’s what I ended up paying because I had to tell her what to tap on the screen. It’s concerning that she might of over charged customers in the past and now future

Ordered a sandwich with heated bacon.Me my bacon is not heated, them yes it is, Me it cold, them well get back in line, Me there is 10 people in line, them do you have a microwave, Me going to a park so no, Me heat the bacon or give me my money back, them we can't give you your money back, Me then heat the bacon! Them we are really busy can't you see that? Me then read the instruction!!
