I ordered through the app and something went wrong and it didn’t go through to the store but my card was still charged the full amount of my order and Addison was very helpful and quick to help resolve the problem!

I just picked up a meatball sub and asked what the softest bread was and the girl basically said she didn't have the time to figure that out. They were all just cooked and for me to hurry up and pick. Strawberry redish blonde on the far right working the prep line 1250hrs on 07/15/25
I've got serious health concerns, and was asking for medical reasons.
The brunette was super polite and apologized for the way she talked to me. You ought to send this gal packin. I can never recommend this place to any professional contacts that travel to this town on business now. And that's a damn shame.

Very poor customer service from the ladies who work here. Stood at the counter for 10 mins being ignored despite making eye contact while mobile orders were being made. Then when i get my sandwich it looks like a child made it. I wanted to ask her if she was at home would she make it that sloppy and half ass for herself? Very tired of the miserable employee who just goes through the motions to get to the end of the day vs having a little bit of integrity for their job.

I haven't eaten yet but the two people who helped me on Sept 16, 2024 at 11:57 a.m. were some of the most unfriendly people I've ever seen at a Subway. Their attitude made me feel like I was an interruption and inconvenience. Two stars because they were cleaning when I came in and the store was clean and I'm going to assume the sandwiches are right because i watched them make them. For some weird reason I tipped them. Probably because it pops up on the screen when you check out. Maybe it will prompt them to have a better attitude for the rest of the customers.

I love subway but every time we order from this location our food is wrong. I online ordered and asked for toasted it wasn't. And then asked for extra pickles and extra olives and got none. It's also NEVER ready when it's supposed to be even when they're not busy. It's so disappointing

A Newbergian

There are 2 Subways in Newberg, one at each end of town. I prefer this Harrison location on the West end. Its very clean and I find the help friendly and fast. Most of the time I recognize the counter people and I like that this location does not have lots of 'turnover'.

So apparently they don't know how to follow instructions on freaking door dash I paid 77 dollars for 4 toasted sandwiches and got 4 soggy sandwiches the two girls do nothing but screw around 40 mins for 4 sandwiches?

this use to be a decent place to go get a good sandwich I just went in there before 11 o’clock stood at the counter for 10 minutes while one of the associates was messing around in the back and the other one was helping one of two customers in the store, which I was the second. I ask for my breakfast sandwich steak egg and cheese and bacon was told that I couldn’t get a breakfast sandwich because it was after 11 o’clock. It was 1105 and I been standing there for 10 minutes. I said you can put egg on the sandwich? and she said no not after 11 o’clock , so completely satisfied with the service there will not be coming back .

i ordered a sandwich online from doordash, it was just bad, barley any toppings on my sandwich i had to add to it with stuff at home and it still wasn’t good at all. wouldn’t recommend to anyone, go to jersey mikes.
