The food was decent. There is no way a small girl should be working alone at 8 pm to closing. Nobody should, but especially not a young girl that weighs 100 pounds soak and wet .

Wendy was very helpful and fun! Made my sandwich absolutely perfectly!
I wish they weren't always so understaffed (usually only 1 or 2 people), sometimes it can take like 45 minutes if it's lunch time but I know they are trying and that's what matters.

Me and my coworker are avid subway enjoyers and to say we're disappointed is an understatement everytime we have been here the service is not just slow it's unenthusiastic uninspired and down right disrespectful and it seems to me some of the employees are thinking it's ok to cut corners and overall they may have never made a proper sandwich more then extra training is nessacary I think a few employees just do not care witch is unacceptable in my opinion

I ordered a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki and when I received the sandwich it didn't have any sweet onion sauce on it. It's literally in the name of the sandwich. Imagine not being intelligent enough to make a sandwich properly.

Wrong bread, wrong ingredients. Example; I ordered no lettuce but spinach instead. Instead I got neither. Ask them to cut into three pieces, it was cut into four. Pickles when I said no pickles.

I’m just wondering if these kids really know how to follow directions on online orders I work nearby and it’s convenient for me to put in an online order. It’s not hard to read and follow directions. Seems like every time I order from this place. There’s always something missing from my sandwich. I asked for more onions and more olives. I only had three olives on my sandwich. There’s no onions it is ridiculous. How much money I spend here they should really learn how to make a proper sandwich. Like I said it’s not hard to follow directions for online orders. It takes too long for you to go in and order because I only get a 30 minute lunch break and every time I have gone into order there’s always a huge line So it just saves time for me to make an online order but it’s pretty ridiculous when they charge seven Dollars for a sandwich you can’t even put what you ask for on it. I would post my pictures but I’m not sure how

One person working, felt bad for her. But there were two customers, myself and the lady in front of me and I was in there for 30 minutes before paying. Ingredient stations were a mess with veggies all mixed together because that poor girl was by herself

Usually your expect franchises to be all the same, this was not the case for the Newberg Subway. It was very clean, the portions were generous, the team was fast and efficient and the staff were very nice.

I went in around 4:30 today,The kiddos working ,had great customer service,I didn't catch his name ,dark haired kiddo ,He made my sandwich perfectly,he made eye contact which is a huge thing for me,He was pleasant and friendly,Good job kiddo,Thank you

It's just best to order from the website and pick up.They are so busy doing that it makes it hard for them to service the people in the store.This place is one of the cleanest subways I have ever seen. Tables chairs soda area all clean. No trash left on the tables no crumbs of the last person remain.Use coupons in the mail online. Pro tip the coupons scams or code entry usually don't work at the store and they can t do anything about it is what they say.

I come here a lot. Today, I got off work and decided to deliver some food orders and make some extra money. All I was doing was picking up an order of a dozen cookies. He started the order, tossed the half filled box on the counter towards me then in a tone that made me feel like I did something wrong or was being a nuisance, asked someone else if they would finish my order. The other guy was nice but confused as I was why he didn’t simply put the rest of the cookies in there. Apparently they were out, but he didn’t explain that to me. I didn’t argue or say anything, I’m not going to argue with a child but I expect people to have manners when working in customer service settings. Won’t be going back, not even for food deliveries.
