This place is great.Good quality. Clean. Friendly. Relaxing atmosphere.The Katsu is some of the best I’ve had.I haven’t had a chance to try everything but anytime I’m down here for work I go here. Definitely recommend it.Awesome restaurant!

Friendly prompt staff with a large selection of sushi, sashimi, appetizers and main dish offerings. Everything tasted fresh and had nice presentation. Something I really like about here is the nigiri sushi (2 pcs) and the sashimi (3 pcs) is the same price.

For a party of 5 (one age 7) it took 20min to get asked what we wanted to drink, then after ordering drinks and food all at the same time it took about an hour for food to come and the teriyaki chicken we ordered for our 7 year old still wasn’t ready when we were all done eating… said it would be another 30min, so we paid and left. Over an hour and a half to make teriyaki chicken? It was bothersome because the server didn’t tell us that until we asked “how much longer”. Long story short- I definitely wouldn’t go back unfortunately. Plus 18% gratuity is added for parties of 5… of which that person never even got his food. An 18% tip was not justified for the poor service provided.

I usually don't do this, but I can't believe the responses I've seen by the owners. Shame on you! Everyone's experience there is their own, as well as their feelings. It belongs to them. All you've done is driven away people (like my wife and I) from a place we haven't even dined in. We were checking out new Sushi places to go to as we love sushi. However, after seeing the blatant disrespect we saw from the owners to the unhappy customers, we find this place WAY too tasteless to dine in. If your attitude is a reflection on your food, there's no reason to even try it. You should be trying to figure out how to woo your dissatisfied customers back. Again, shame on you.Edit:You see? That! That's exactly what I'm talking about. You get emotionally involved into a comment when you really don't need to. Your first and foremost goal is to make food that's worthwhile, and create a service and atmosphere that's worth returning to. When you comment back based on your emotions, it soils anything you stand for. Customers always come first. When their experience isn't good in any way, the first thing they want isn't to be blasted back by the owners lack of self consciousness. What they want is for the owner to attempt to make it right. That's something you just don't do. You react and lash out on comments that offend you.

Staff is friendly and attentive, the food was decent but something was definitely off with our Angry Bird roll. Upcharges for any change, and they REQUIRE the 18% gratuity even if your party includes toddlers and you split the check. We always tip and generally well, but I do not agree when it is not even my choice. Atmosphere was basic strip mall, overall experience was lacking and not worth the priceEDIT: Your waitress was amazing - but as the owner, learn to listen to your customers and show them a little respect.

I got the bento box with katsu chicken, sub philly roll, gyoza, and the salad. All were delicious! My only suggestion would be to put a little less cream cheese in the philly rolls. A little bit goes a long way.
