Food is always amazing (it’s taco bell) but the service? The service was awful. We went in once and they messed up our order my partner went back and the gave him the wrong order AGAIN. The second time we both went back and they were honestly a little rude about it- didn’t even apologize and didn’t even tell us if they were making it again or if we had to pay for it- she was mad we didn’t bring our order back a SECOND TIME even tho the first time they didn’t care about it. And what are they gonna do? Throw it away anyway? Anyway if you go here please DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING even the insides of ur burritos. Or go somewhere else. Not worth the shitty service.

I had came in and placed an order for a crunch wrap supreme ate it on my way to work by the time I had got to work I had really bad stomach pains and started throwing up was the first time that this has happened I had called in to the Taco Bell, so hopefully get it resolved and to get a refund and they told me that they were nothing that they could do I probably will never be eating at this Taco Bell again thank you but no thank you

I was saddened by my Fiesta potatoes today. They were very hard and cold. I get these days are hard and no one really cares about being alive because well, why would we. I was stoked to have a cheat day after dieting. Brother these potatoes usually give me life but today they sucked a little more out of me.

Why can't customers just order at the counter if they prefer? In trying to make things simpler for you, you've made them more complicated for your customers. That makes zero sense.
I went here with my mom we ran out of sauce for the last two tacos I thought I would have to ask for more but from the time I ordered to the time I ate they refilled the sauces to serve yourself
I’ve been to this Taco Bell several times over the years driving back-and-forth from Forest Grove to Salem. I went there last week one day and it was by far the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. The people working were super friendly and smiling. I’ve never seen a Taco Bell as clean as this one. In fact I’ve never seen any restaurant this clean but I can remember. The food was ready extremely fast and it was excellent. They didn’t skimp on any ingredients and it was fresh. I usually don’t get excited about fast food but they were doing such a great job had to leave a review.

It's Taco Bell I don't need to say too much. Prices have gotten higher food has grown smaller in portions and they're still taking away the good stuff. Definitely not the Taco Bell I remember growing up. Need to bring back the double decker and do a serious makeover on their value menu.
