No shade on the employees, they were great and the food was good too but nickel and diming your customers over sauce when you're asking $11 for a baconator is crazy. No wonder your sales are decreasing and stores are closing. RIP Wendy's

Its sunday Nov 9 exactly 12:05 i had to drive out of the drive through because they dont have the 4 for for anymore. The guys said they ONLY do biggie bags? I am so dysregulated now because it was unexpected and i was starving, but anyway so anyone knows if its legit no more 4 for 4 or is this just BS from staff?

Me and my friends had a great experience at Wendy’s the other night! We placed a big order and got all of our food! Nothing was missed! The lady at the drive thru window was super kind and she ended up giving all of us free small frostys! It was great! 10/10 would recommend!

My friends and I arrived around 11PM and order a crap ton of food. They told us to park on mobile parking and we all got out and waited. They quickly made our food and handed us everything. We sat in the parking lot for probably 1 hour and a half all just hanging out. Within the hour they were serving customers swiftly and even gave us some extra frosties. Overall, fantastic customer service, workers, and environment. These workers definitely do go above and beyond, whoever was on that friday night shift crew, know you made our night! Thank you.

Stale buns and forgot every dipping sauce, did get the chili and extras right. Customer service (has a corp, I haven't called the individual store yet) is just garbage and you can't get thru the 1800 # or live chat. Worst Wendy's experience yet

Our 9yo accidentally threw his retainer away in a napkin at lunch today. We didn’t realize it till a few hours later. We came back by and Arely showed us which trash bags were from the lobby and gave us gloves and a ladder to use. Three bags of trash later and the retainer was found! Gross, but such is parenting. Thanks to Arely for going WAY above and beyond today.
