Stale buns and forgot every dipping sauce, did get the chili and extras right. Customer service (has a corp, I haven't called the individual store yet) is just garbage and you can't get thru the 1800 # or live chat. Worst Wendy's experience yet

Our 9yo accidentally threw his retainer away in a napkin at lunch today. We didn’t realize it till a few hours later. We came back by and Arely showed us which trash bags were from the lobby and gave us gloves and a ladder to use. Three bags of trash later and the retainer was found! Gross, but such is parenting. Thanks to Arely for going WAY above and beyond today.

Went through drive thru. Ordered and we were missing a jr bacon cheeseburger. Then they needed payment again because they said it wasn’t in the order. Paid for it and they Handed us a burger and it was a kids cheeseburger. What a joke.

Over all a 4.3 out of 5, the food was great, overall better than mcdonalds. K says, the cobbsalad was great however the nuggs were so so. C says, Its good enough to eat fast and leave.O says, the dave double was good better than an mcdonalds double. Service for all of us was fast like a minute or less.

I would like to thank the employee with long wavy brown hair who was kind enough to give me one of their hairs added to my french fries. It was a pleasure removing it from my mouth impacted with chewed up fries. Super yummy and didn't at all make me wanna puke. Good Job Wendy's employee for making my meal so delightfully disgusting. 🤢
