Newport is my husband and I's coastal town of choice, so we're around often and have tried most of the restaurants at this point. We found Arr Place last year, and it's been our absolute FAVORITE breakfast spot ever since. The food is beyond incredible, perfectly made every time. The atmosphere is cute and homey, and the couple who run it are just the sweetest. We get so bummed out whenever we're in town and Arr Place isn't open - it's the only place...
