Newport's laid-back hangout! Small but mighty, good beer and sandwich selection.
Great vibes, great beer. I’m so happy I stumbled on this place

Great locals hang out.
The beers were pretty good. The mexican lager was an outstanding example of the style.
The pretzels are legit.
Bartender Eric is a genuine solid human with a broad range of knowledge.

My daughter brought me here for the Monte Cristo and it was a really fun night. Good food and fun cocktail. We sat and played rummy. Super nostalgic!

Stopped here on our stay camping and enjoyed delicious sandwiches and beer. I ate the Baked Reuben Sandwich and my wife had the Cubano sandwich. Had a tasty Red beer with bean dip and chips on the side. Great service and food go well with their beer. Be sure and stop here when visiting.

Hands down - go here. We were wooed by Rogue's reputation for last night's dinner. Big mistake, BIG. Turns out we assumed that reputation because of their multiple locations throughout the PNW.... But that's a disappointment for another review. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Bier One. It's better in EVERY way! The food was unique and delicious - we ordered the spinach artichoke dip, and 3 sandwiches - Italian, Reuben, and Monte Cristo. We also sampled a few of the beers. The vibe was open and welcoming. The employees were happy and nice. The location is homey and clean. They also have shuffleboard, foosball, darts, and boardgames. Kids are allowed until 9pm. The only thing I could say for an improvement would be to update their POS system so the bartender doesn't need to use post-its to keep track of tabs. No judging here, she had a system that worked. It just seemed like a lot of work for her.

Great place. Very good beer. I had the Blonde and my husband the amber. The blonde was awesome and he liked his amber. Great sandwich- the turkey pesto. Friendly staff. Don’t be deceived by the outside. Clean.

Great beer nice local hangout!
Stopped in randomly while visiting Newport and liked it so much we came back the next day. It was our favorite spot we visited. Eric the bartender is awesome. And the bar chairs are pretty fun and surprisingly comfy. Didn’t have any food, but the menu and prices look great. Totally recommend!
