Regarding fast food, this is my go to drive thru. Among the local fast food I prefer burger king.

The Newport Oregon Burger King is absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. They can't keep track of who comes first, they don't handle orders properly. They act like they're all on mushrooms, they move so slowly. I've never had worse service at a fast food restaurant. And then they're actually indignant. It's a miracle display is still in business.

My experience was amazing.The food was nice and hot and tasted fresh and amazing. The customer service was even better everyone's very kind and positive and had friendly faces I'll definitely be coming back!!

Actually the worst experience I've had in a drive thru. IF THE SPEAKER DOESN'T WORK, CLOSE THE LANE.
I pull up to order, there is no sign on the screen or speaker that mentions any issues and the lane is fully open, no cones or anything blocking it.
After going back and forth confirming that I have a code and repeating it several times slowly, the employee mentions the speaker is broken and that's why he can't understand me. The code he entered didn't ring up for the correct food items. He didn't have any options of how to fix it. So I said okay, i'll start over with a new code... they said okay. I go to generate a new code but now it won't let me and I tell the employee that. At this point a car pulls up to the other lane which is working fine i guess. So he says okay, well I can't understand you so I'm going to take the other person's order and then come back.
I decide I'll pull around, go inside, and try to fix the issue with ordering the correct food and trying to fix the points. There was a short exchange about the points inside but also a lack of interest in taking just my regular order without the points.. so I left.
The daytime staff, specifically the younger gentleman that usually works the window is competent, friendly, professional, and efficient. This nightime staff interaction made me want to stick a fork in an electrical outlet.
If the speaker doesn't work, close the lane.
If there's a problem with communication, have the customer pull up to the window or ask them to use the other lane.
If you know the points aren't going to work for 24 hours after canceling the order give the customer any other options.

Don't buy the cinnamon mini. Its very doughie. When I asked about it, their reply was that's just how they are.

I showed up today for dinner and had a great experience. The man working up front was kind and patient, and I got an incredible deal with the app. The food came out in less than 2 minutes and was cooked fresh. Literally the best fast food experience ever, good job guys 👍
