went in with my husband and 3 well behaved older children (13, 11 & 8), waitress ignored us for 30 minutes and there was only 2 tables in the building. We tried to order drinks and were told our server would be there soon and continued to be ignored. after 45 minutes we gave up and left. we had been in several times before without the kids and were served fine even the same waitress. Bring the kids get treated like crap.
Nothing happens when I click on the photo, it won’t let me load a photo of my black slimy translucent lettuce!
The chalet is our go to restaurant for breakfast and lunch however, today I had a salad. It looked great, until I started eating it and got black, slimy, lettuce, and even the iceberg lettuce was mostly soggy. Some of the iceberg lettuce was even translucent, looking as if it had been frozen at one time. I would be humiliated to serve a disgusting salad like...read full review
Went to have breakfast, they would not seat us because our whole party was not there. I asked for a cup of coffee and was told until the whole party arrived we could not be served and then was given attitude when asked why I couldn’t get coffee.
