Sat in line for almost an hour, no organization for how they are taking orders whatsoever when we finally get up to the window our drinks had already started to melt because they had them on the wrong window and we could have left much sooner. MOD needs serious training

We ordered a not so hot for my daughter and all they gave me was steamed milk and no chocolate and my daughter puked it up all over the car 😑 not doing that again
We are out of towners and have a Dutch in my home town but if they made the drinks like this Newport location did id be there every stinking day! Yummy!!

Slowest coffee shop in town. Last 4 visits have been about the same wait time. There was 1 car in front of me that was ordering 2 drinks and it took almost 20 minutes to be able to order. The drink was fine but holy smokes is service slow.
