Love Dutch brother has been drinking their coffee from the first little stand next to my work before they got so big. Talked to the original owner he a great guy.Kid-friendliness: They have great drinks for kids my children loved them when they were little all grown men who still go to Dutch Bros for their coffee or smoothies.

It's rare to find a Dutch bros that's not fantastic. I always stop at these places if I can. This time we grabbed a quick pick me up before heading home on a trip. The staff was friendly. Everything was made correctly and they were very prompt. The line moved decently quick and everyone seemed happy to be at work, always a perk! Happy to support this company and the individual stands when we get the chance to!Dietary restrictions: Many items do not have yellow 5. They are always happy to check ingredients too. They never give me a hard time!

Lady was rude that served the coffee. Was there last week for my bday and another employee was snobby as well.. showed her app for free coffee and she kept saying 4.80 I said its free.. music so loud they can't hear the customers. I hate this location. Don't recommend.. I don't like starbucks but better off going there! At least they can hear your order!

this place is no longer enjoyable like it used to be a couple years ago. they do not care about their customers and only want to keep their image clean. i have had many incidents where they do not make my orders right and then proceed to give me bad attitude when asked to remake my drinks. manager just wants to protect the status of this company and will not do anything to make customers feel welcome. i have felt judged and treated differently by each and every one of their employees. not a good dutch location.

Slow and always busy. Just wish people would read the sign on the light pole before the driveway.. Don't park and wait on hwy 101 blocking the hwy Lane.

Always a cheerful crew and fun drinks. Service at this one is a tad slow compared to others, so be patient. Oh and please don’t block 101! A bit dangerous. Just go around the corner, circle round and line up on the other

Extremely loud, blaring music from the booth, so much do that the batista had to ask me to repeat myself. My Dutch Soda was good and it settled my stomach but the ap had logged me out and then repeatedly said that I don't have an account. The batista offered to enter my phone number but she said it wasn't in the system. Two days later and I cannot get the ap to work.This was a last minute stop and I really wish I had just gone to my hotel instead
I was on my way back to my hotel but I wasn't feeling well so I stopped here for a Dutch Soda to settle my stomach. My ap wouldn't let me log in; it just kept saying to enter my phone number and it would send a code. None of the three codes that I tried worked and it just kept going in circles. I tried to create a new one to see if the ap would recognize my info, but it started asking for sign up information so I exited out of it. The girl at the window said she could enter my phone number but then told me that it wasn't found in the system. I doubt that's true since I've had this account for over two years.As for the service, the music in the "booth" was absolutely BLARING and at one point the girl asked me to repeat myself. Ridiculous. I asked for a receipt so that I could get my points and that's when she told me that my phone number wasn't registered. Really disappointed that I wasn't able to get my points because I made a special detour to go there.

We got chi tea with oat milk, cinnamon was great tasting will get again from our Newport vacation spot for farmers market. Cornelius is our favorite spot up top and then St Helen's Or. is a good making coffee not bitter flavor from not cleaning. And super friendly crews and willing to go out and take orders if it gets busy. Love to collect the stickers and the easy ordering on the app. But wish it would show what was the recent drink we got because I try new coffee and don't always remember what I had. Thanks for the easy birthday gift card on the app For my daughter's birthday today, she was very happy around midnight.

Yesterday I ordered a mocha with no whip and they gave me whip. Today, I ordered a green tea lemonade with lime and asked them to be heavy on the tea, they even repeated the order back to me but once I got it back it was straight lemonade. Not only did they not give me what I ordered but they also blared music so loud I couldn't even hear myself order.

Horrible customer service, the young girl who served me didn't greet me & wasn't friendly. At the end, she threw my change out the window and didn't apologize... Won't be coming back again for awhile! Very disappointed.
