Pay your workers a living wage and stop cheating people out of a reasonable income by having so much part time work. And duh, give people paid time off when they're sick. Geez, maybe some could even use a vacation. What if you, the owner, think about what your kids life would be like if they worked at your McDonalds. Not quite the future you dreamed of for them is it? A Grandmother who cares.
Health care and family leave are a human right. This McDonald's location needs to start providing its employees with these basic benefits!
Many workers at this location have tested positive for COVID-19. To protect workers, customers, and our communities from infection, McDonald’s must give all workers access to paid sick and family leave NOW. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter but until it listens to Black workers and meets their demands for paid leave and other basic protections, its words mean nothing.
