Usually this place is fine but I’m posting this cause it’s pretty ridiculous to miss a whole bottome of the bun/went back 5 days later and they did remake my sandwich but I’m going to leave this up just cause it’s a simple thing for the employee to do and it was forgotten idk how that even happens

I am beyond frustrated with the repeated poor service at this McDonald’s. The level of unprofessionalism and carelessness at this store is completely unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed immediately.
First, the manager at this location is consistently rude and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I stood waiting for service, only to be deliberately ignored by the manager, who recognized me from a prior altercation. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge me, but when other employees attempted to assist, he told them to ignore me as well. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it is hostile.
Second, the orders are never right. I often drive an hour home only to discover missing items, wrong meals, or substitutions I didn’t ask for. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for food that I don’t even receive, and then be left with no solution because I live too far away to turn around.
Finally, the store does not even honor its own posted times. On one visit, I placed a breakfast order at 10:24 AM — well before the cutoff — yet when I arrived with my order number, I was told it was “past breakfast time” and they “couldn’t make it anymore.” That is flat-out unacceptable. If your system takes the order, the kitchen should honor it.
This McDonald’s is failing in every possible way: rude and hostile management, employees instructed not to serve paying customers, consistently incorrect orders, and refusal to honor placed orders.

This was the nicest McDonald's I've been to in years. The manager and her staff were attentive, nice, didn't wait in line for ever. Also when you were in line 3 people noticed me and said be right there, welcome in, be right there. The restrooms were spotless, the family tables were big and roomy, the floor was clean, the trash was not overflowing, lids, straws, and napkins stocked. Very nice, clean, kid friendly (play place, bring socks to play) and atmosphere here.

Well, it's McDonald's.... Do you really need a review?
This was one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I had to work late and it was a minute until closing by the time I got to McDonald’s and the kind workers were still happy to make me a milkshake. That never happens! Most places simply won’t accept a milkshake order so late so I was pleasantly surprised!

Got to say I do love McDonald's. Especially when a certain Grandma tries to cancel your ride out of town to go to court. Luckily, the sheriff was there eating breakfast with me and my grandpa. While he may have run off the road. Luckily I was always able to steer and guide the car until I had to take over the driver's seat.
