WOW this place is absolutely amazing!! The food is sooo delicious and it comes super fast! This place is small but they really get people taken care of quickly so not a long wait! Amazing seafood breakfast options and breakfast served all day!! Literally anything on the menu will not disappoint!

The breakfast was delicious! We were traveling through and loved the seafood breakfast options. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. We ate here twice on our adventures in the area. Coffee was good and hot. Our servers were happy and kept the coffee full! Will totally eat here again.

During our recent vacation stay, we took advantage of the delivery service offered by the Newport Cafe to try to satisfy late night unhealthy food cravings. This was our most disappointing meal not only of the trip, but for a long time in general. I was so excited to see finger steaks on the menu, because they are a bit of a rare find these days, and I grew up in an area where a finger steak basket meant a heaping serving of tender, crispy coated, flavor bombs....but when they arrived I found just six small finger steaks amid a small sad pile of soggy fries. The finger steaks were tough and flavorless, so in the end the disappointing serving size was not such an issue. The fries were as unappealing to eat as they were to look at...soggy, greasy and tasteless. My other half ordered chili cheese fries....so he received the same disappointing fries with the addition of some mediocre chili and half melted cheese. Neither of us ate much of our food, despite being starving when we ordered it....a waste of money for sure. I will say, the service when I called in the order and at selovery was friendly and pleasant and delivery was fast, but we will definitely not be revisiting on our next trip

This place has decent food with huge portions.
The seating in the restaurant was insanely uncomfortable with no room to move at all, people constantly bumping into you. I am pretty sure they were well over capacity limit.

I ordered the steak with mushrooms and onions in a brown gravy with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The mashed potatoes and veggies were fine and that’s why I’m leaving 2 stars, but the steak is another story. It was fairly dry/over cooked and had NO seasoning. I NEVER use salt when I cook/eat out but I absolutely had to use salt (and pepper) to help give the steak some flavor. I’ll give the restaurant another try but I’m not ordering that steak again.
