Best Fettucine Alfredo in town- I had it with the blackened chicken. Super fast service and delivery. Thanks Gino’s!

Nice little place, all food was real food and fresh, no pre-packaged frozen food here. Cooked to order...Did I mention fresh seafood, it is worth a drop in, their clam chowder is way better than the famous Mo's...The Oyster soup is over the top, and try the deep fried scallops. This is not fast food but good food fast...

This was the best seafood dinner I have ever had anywhere! The raw oysters were so fresh and perfectly shucked. The seafood stew was packed with seafood and so flavorful! The
blackened rockfish was perfectly cooked over decadent bacon and spinach risotto! The chowder was good. The salad and house vinaigrette was nice. Service was very slow during a slow time but the server was quite friendly. This is my go to seafood place in newport now!

We were having a hard time deciding where to eat in Newport, Oregon. Randomly decided on Gino’s and couldn’t have been happier. We even were able to get Tito’s cocktails with our meal. The seafood cheese dip was AMAZING and we really enjoyed the crab cocktail. Everything seemed fresh and our server Jorge was friendly, happy and accommodating! 10/10 will be back!

We come to the coast on vacation every year, this is our first and last stop of every trip! Have never had a bad meal here, only delicious. Seriously best chowder, best popcorn shrimp, best rockfish, we have tried just about everything on the menu and all of it is amazing. Not only is the food amazing but Seriously we've gone early afternoon on a weekday or on a super busy Friday and it has always been sooooo good. This place is part of the reason we keep coming back here. Can not thank the lovely staff enough. Do yourself a favor and eat here!!

Waitress and host ignored us... 10 minutes with three empty tables and back side of lunch rush... didn't even take a drink order but were chatting and ignoring customers... food might be good but negligent service, will never return. Gave us a BS response about it being busy and a trainee server, definitely not worth further discussion. There are better places to go.

Fried food needs to be salted right when it comes out of the fryer. This includes both fries AND fish. There is salt at the table, but by then, it's too late: the salt won't adhere, and the food stays bland.
Also, the breading was falling right off of my scallops. They're either too wet when you fry them or you aren't dusting with enough flour prior to breading.

A note of personal taste: I didn't care for the coleslaw because it has cilantro in it. Please warn for this on the menu or something; I have that "cilantro tastes like soap" thing, and it was very surprising and off-putting. I didn't care for the cilantro ketchup either for the same reason.

A hidden gem. At the beginning of Bay Street. We noticed a wonderful aroma as we drove through. As luck would have it, ended up eating there & was sure glad we did. Had the fresh Dungeness Crab & Shrimp Cheese dip. It's made daily & oh my, what a tasty treat. We couldn't finish so took the rest to go. Came back the next morning to get a take out order & enjoyed it further on our trip. Staff was friendly & efficient on both occasions. Definitely worth a stop in Newport.

Parking: Parking in that area iffy, depending on the day & time. First visit we walked a ways. Second was just opening so no issues. The way to pay park is confusing in that area. Good luck.

Maybe I came on an off day? Folks are always telling me this place is great but our food really lacked any seasoning and the fish was pretty overcooked. The best part was the fries and the slaw ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ the fries were bomb.

I appreciate that the tacos were loaded with veggies and they grill and blacken their fish where a lot of places around here just fry. I was also kind of spooked that the seafood market cooler was pretty much totally empty ? not a great look.
