The cafe downstairs is closed down.We stayed in the airbnb upstairs and it was very cute. Loved the view of this bay and the boats.

The location is perfect. It's above a cafe but you don't really notice after it's closed. The views are great. Everything is within walking distance. You do hear the sea lions all night long but it's appropriate for the location. The apartment itself is a collection of old furniture that seems to be being stored by the owner and the kitchen wares are a hodge podge of older goodwill items that have a slight layer of grime on them. The loft style is a cute utilization of space. The balcony is nice. I would definitely go back.

Great location, you're right in the heart of the tourist area. The rooms are on top of a Cafe, but it is still not very noisy. Room was clean. Kitchen could have been stocked with more cooking utensils.

A fantastic stay! It was clean, cute, and relatively quiet even for a light sleeper like me. Great location with a lovely balcony and fantastic view of the harbour. Best place in Newport. Kitchen was great, cooked up a lot of good food but also enjoyed several slices of the authentic NY pizza downstairs in the cafe, husbands from NJ and thought it was very good.

I've been to this restaurant years ago and it use to be clean and trusting when it came to the atmosphere, must be new owners. We walked into the place and it had a horrible smell. We asked to be seated outside. We Ordered water because we were still trying to decide if we wanted to stay.water came...cup was a old pepsi cup and had black covering over it, I'm pretty sure it was mold.. The menus we're not sanitary either. Dissapointed
Visited Newport with my four kids and were drawn in by the promise of NY style pizza—and boy it did not disappoint!! Seriously good pizza (the crust!) super friendly owner, will definitely go back. I hope they can weather this storm.
