Went thru drive through with a long line. Once we ordered it was quick, hot, exactly what we asked for. Young man who took our order was friendly and asked if we needed anything else... very nice!

Kelly is wonderful. Went here twice this week. The store is not the cleanest. There a guy, his backpack, staff and his dog that takes up the corner seating all day. Not like SB of days gone by.

Total clown show. All they care about are online orders and drive thru. Kept those of us inside waiting an absurd amount of time and kept lying about it. As a former employee, this behavior was sad to see. Just be honest and move with purpose. Not that difficult for most locations. No idea what the issue with this crew is. 8 people back there and nothing gets done. Amusing to watch but a huge waste of time for about fifteen of us waiting inside as paying customers.

Edit: decided to give them another try... apparently two cars in the drive through on Sunday morning is just to much to handle. Honestly never seen a bucks so poorly run.

—UPDATE: I wrote the review below whilst someone was on the way to this Starbucks for my order. Guess what happened? Completely wrong drink. Ordered a HOT CHOCOLATE… what I got was an ICED MOCHA ….? (See photo for my correct order label attached to a drink I clearly didn’t order.) As I said in the first review, not the first time, and it clearly isn’t the last. Ridiculous.—

They can be pretty slow here. Also somehow make the drinks wrong every other time I visit… They’ve also made me entirely wrong drinks, even when the label on the side said what I had ordered ? Strange. Sometimes I’m just craving a Starbucks drink and this is the closest one so I put up with it and hope I’ll get the drink I ordered… Really feel like the quality of training on the coast must be subpar

5 employees behind the counter.
One complaining loudly of a personal mistreatment that isn't work-related. Only 2 people out if the 5 are working. This Fred Meyer location generally has good service, but there's something wrong today for sure. There seems to be no supervision

and three girls are goofing off in there. Totally unprofessional.

I literally waited 10 minutes for my coffee. The women seemed to be changing shifts, but even the ones who started my order and weren't leaving had to check in with oncoming help. They stood around for 7 minutes. AND people who came in after me were served before my order came! I have never met a Starbucks that I disliked more.
