Went thru drive through with a long line. Once we ordered it was quick, hot, exactly what we asked for. Young man who took our order was friendly and asked if we needed anything else... very nice!
Shout out to Matteo, one of the baristas. He makes my drink perfectly everytime, unlike the barista in the fredmyers starbucks, he knows how to be friendly and how to work with espresso.
Regardless if you're a starbucks fan or not, it's the staff that defines a business. This location is popular during the summertime, not just tourists but locals as well. But like I said, it's the staff that makes this place special. I've gotten to know them bit by bit in ordering cold brew for my spouse. Always upbeat and offering new things to try. I've witnessed a grown man yelling over a beverage talking too long. Someone stepped up and handled it...
