I recently visited Subzero Swirlz during the week and was impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment and the well-maintained topping bar. I had a pleasant interaction with one of your employees, who was both polite and friendly.
However, my experience this past weekend was significantly different. The floors were messy, and the employee on duty was rude and appeared to possibly be under the influence, making it difficult to have a coherent conversation. This was disappointing and has negatively impacted my view of Subzero Swirlz.
I want to emphasize that the frozen yogurt itself was excellent, with a wide variety of flavors and toppings. It's unfortunate that the poor service detracted from the overall experience.

Ordered a small key lime pie shake and a medium blackberry shake, we really enjoyed our ice cream, the staff was friendly, professional and made our order fast!!!!!

Place was very clean, tons of flavors and toppings. I have some allergies and the blonde girl in there this morning was very educated on their products showed me everything in them, gave me tons of options! I recommend and thank you to her I have a new favorite spot for a treat that I can eat!

Came for the customers-only bathroom, stayed for the froyo and boba tea! The lady who helped us was so terrifically sweet and helpful, and this is literally the only shop offering restroom-hospitality in this strip mall. The shop is huge (10 tables, high chairs available for little ones),and offers 10 flavors of frozen yogurt to mix and match into 4 sizes, and well over 40 toppings at a good price (currently $.70/oz.)

I’ve never left a negative review. Worst boba I’ve ever had, brown sugar tapioca pearls were hard, “taro” was half undissolved powder in room temperature water. Strawberry popping boba was good, but blended mango was half dissolved powder and slightly thicker. Not “blended”.
