went in Thursday night. got an ultimate BMT with honey mustard, tomato's and banana peppers. it tasted alright. but then I woke up in the middle of the night with cold sweats and diarrhea. this place made me freaking sick. close this location down and put something better

Went to the Newport, OR Subway Oct. 1, 2024. They had no diet soda, small or medium cups, olives, yellow peppers, spinach, tables with out chairs. What is going on. Very disappointed

I ordered a sub and 6 white chocolate raspberries cookies and the sub was good the cookies were totally raw all six of them I had to re cook them 2 min in microwave the door dash bill was 37 bucks lol

Just went by to go get a couple sandwiches at 7:30 PM. Pulled up to the drive thru, no answer after 2 minutes. Pulled out, parked to go inside, door locked. Tried to call, no answer.
All the lights and the OPEN sign are on. The drive thru window was wide open. Didn't see anyone inside.

Absolute trash of a subway. It looks abandoned and gross. Do not waste your time it's disgusting and so are the people making your food. Credit card machine doesn't work. Soda machines never work. The drive through hasn't worked in years and there isn't even a sign out to let anybody know. Always out of items that they should have. No inside seating either. No excuses the subway in Waldport is clean and fresh. They are so lazy here they can't even turn off the open sign; every single night it stays on. I'll never be back to this location ever.

How is this place still open? One star is generous! I love subway and my wife and I eat at them often however this subway was a stain on the company’s name and reputation! For starters they do not accept cash, this is a fishing community where a lot of workers get paid in cash? Second the server was so rude and berating I have never been treated so poorly where I was trying to spend my money, when I asked for salt she put so much on it made my sandwich inedible… I said stop several times and she said deal with it and kept going.. I got food poisoning afterwards and am absolutely disgusted and disappointed that this place is allowed to remain open… please save yourself from the headache and avoid this place like the plague!

I ordered, using the phone app, a foot long cookie and 2 foot long sandwiches. My order number is ae6a4138-74. I paid for it using the app. When I got to the store, Dani, the assistant manager, told me that they didn't have any foot long cookies. She said that I could not give me a refund, because I had already paid for it. She offered 6 of some alternates, none of which I wanted. I ended up finally taking 6 of something that I didn't want. I am planning on disputing the charge on my credit card because I did not receive what I ordered.
The sandwiches were as ordered and we enjoyed them. They tasted good. Dani was professional did offer alternatives, but I did not find them satisfactory. She didn't appear able to give much latitude in the choices.
