Very tasty food and has an excellent view of the boat dock
The drip coffee is so good! The food is excellent and the young woman who was our server was very sweet and friendly. Love that this is a family operation!
Food arrived very undercooked. Bacon was chewy and limp, the potatoes were barely crisped. The bread for the breakfast sandwich was dry and flavorless.
Waiter came back only once after 15 minutes and didn’t even notice two plates of foot with only a couple bites taken. Below average food and service. What a waste of $50+
Family was in town for a vacation.
I did not grab any of the staffs names but all were amazing, friendly, attentive, and Knowledgeable.
Food was great and view was best of any place we ate in Newport. We will definitely stop by next time we are in town.
Friendly owner who made us feel welcome.
Great service and patio
20 min for a coffee...
We stopped in for a bite since it was next door to the attraction we were visiting. It was midweek and just a few tables in there. The service was friendly. We ordered several dishes as a family including an Italian omelet, breakfast sandwich, cheeseburger, kids cheeseburger, crepes, and grilled cod sandwich. I loved the simplicity of the grilled cod sandwich and their house tartar. I also love battered fries. The family member at the table with the omelet also really enjoyed it. Everyone else thought their dishes were just okay. The crepes were a little rubbery in texture which isn't something we've experienced before. So we land somewhere between it's okay and we liked it. Fun decor and more tables than you would expect!
Good food for a good price, great atmosphere. A guy came in off the street and asked if he could quietly play guitar for the restaurant and they gave him a corner which I thought was pretty cool.
Best breakfast in town without question. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delicious coffee. Thanks for being an outstanding local restaurant.

It's no longer called the coffee house that I know of. It has a large sign on top that reads "Restaurant". We go because they are dog friendly and my guy likes their biscuits and gravy. I didn't like my vandi camp fish and chips very much however.

Charming breakfast joint near the wharf. We always eat here when in the area. Epic proportions, tasty food, and great coffee. The size of the pancakes are intimidating. I'm not fond of the flavor of the gravy. The breakfast sausage is good but mild. It looks like it's popular with locals and tourist alike. They don't take AMEX. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars.
