Came in on a whim, atmosphere and service from Shane was amazing! Definitely plan-on returning.

I want to love this restaurant and my meal was good but not for the price. Small portions and absurd pricing for portion. Sold out of pulled pork.

Edited for the Owner: chicken strips, your basic burger, the brisket plate and your pulled pork and brisket wrap with sides of Mac n cheese. I'm sorry you are just breaking even. As a small business owner I feel your pain. I also leave honest reviews as I would like left for my business. I do appreciate your later hours then most establishments. ??

Off the beaten path in a new community, this place was a good find. New and beautiful structure with good beer and food. We had their fish tacos that were plentiful with Cod. Extensive menu and great place to go when in Newport. Service could of been better of if the bartender would leave her phone alone.

I really was hoping to like this place but unfortunately I don’t suggest this place one bit, place is infested with bot flies attacking your food, food is not worth its price and the owner seems to throw a tantrum fit about people having normal concerns such as customers health
I wouldn’t suggest this place to people with kids either, the waitresses are wearing skimpy outfits most the time and had heard the owner make a few unappropriate remarks about the outfits the employees wear, hoping his employees realize the power play here because as far as it sounds the customers do
-expensive for food that isn’t all that great( not worth a $50 bill for two things )
- Infested with huge flies in the building
-unprofessional attitude especially towards people with questions or concerns
I definitely don’t see this place staying open for another year, I say bring more better bbq/smokehouses to the coast because honestly this place is just trashy

Poor service, management, portions. I will not consider this place again or recommend it to anyone. Just went there with a mountain bike event on a Saturday. Not 1 smoker going and no brisket available. What a waste of potential of hundreds of customers. Josh, you're a fool.

Amazing! Smoked meatball sub is to die for! Smoky, tender, juicy. I tried their Carolina mustard and bbq sauce so much flavor in both of them. Support local, they deserve it!

Found this place for a quick bite while passing through town and it is amazing! A little off the beaten path, but well worth the drive up the hill. The staff was helpful and attentive and friendly, the peach cider was crisp and refreshing, and the food was perfectly delicious. They put care and effort into their food. This is my new favorite spot in Newport.

Excellent brisket, pulled pork and sides. Nice selection of beer. Service not great (one person serving all tables but that's something a lot of food establishments are dealing with) but food definitely 5 stars and we look forward to coming back.

I was in Newport on vacation from California. My friends and I were craving BBQ. Googled and found this place. The food and the atmosphere was great. Chill spot with lots of homemade, quality food. Nice outdoor seating. Pool table. You can bring your pet to sit outside. Don’t WAIT!
