Food is overly priced !!! All you taste is liquid smoke no flavor , bun wasn’t even toasted. Fries were overcooked. Mac and cheese noodles boiled too long made them mushy no flavor. Staff were friendly, but not very knowledgeable ! My family was very disappointed and we love tri tip. No one finished their food so 60 bucks down the drain for 3 tri tip sandwiches and mediocre food. Can’t get the smoke out our mouth or hands

The meat was dry. Over smoked with the smoke being the only flavor. Mac and cheese had good flavor but it was mushy. And the portions were small for the price. Guy at the counter was a nice guy though. That being the reason for getting 3

I've been to a lot of BBQ places from all over the country. Being a transplant from NC I've had the best. This place is really really good. A bit pricey but the brisket and pulled pork is well worth it. I've got to go back to try more. Finally!!!! A real bbq place right here. Thanks guys ... see ya soon

Had Backstreet BBQ for the first time. Got the 4 meats/4 sides. EXCELLENT! Got tri tip, pulled pork and double brisket! Wow very delicious! All of it! Sides of Mac and cheese, Cole slaw, potato and baked beans. Very, very good. The cornbread was beyond great! 10/10 would recommend this place! Very pleased!

I went for lunch with a few friends. I ordered the brisket meal with two sides of collard greens. I don't think the prices are outrageous. You get a lot of meat for your money! The meat was a perfect rub taste. It was also cooked perfectly and delicious! They serve the barbecue sauce on the side. That's perfect for me because I don't like a lot of barbecue sauce. I chose to have mine without. Definitely good meat for a good price! The brisket was tender and delicious. The collard greens were also delicious. My other friends were happy with their tri-tip sandwiches. That's a sandwich for a big appetite! tons of tri-tip on that sandwich! Tri-tip sliders were a lot smaller for a person without a huge appetite. The coleslaw was good and the macaroni and cheese was good. We will definitely be back to get barbecue!

Been in twice now and both times customer service has been extremely sub par to say the least. Seemingly very irritated that customers were in to buy food, passive aggressive comments made by both parties working. Sad to make a bad review as I know how it can impact a restaurant and the food is good but bad customer service will keep customers from returning, even for the best food. Hope to update after awhile but will wait to return.

Stopped in at Back Street BBQ on our road trip up the Oregon coast. My buddy got the tri tip sandwich with Mac and cheese and corn bread. I had the 2X2 meat/sides; Tri tip and brisket with cowboys caviar and slaw and we shared a large fries. SOOO delicious! Meat was smoked to perfection. Sides were also bang on. Service was impeccable, obvious how passionate they are about their BBQing. Don’t let the strip mall location fool you. This is legit American BBQ and will not disappoint!
