Warehouse special needs to lay with really rude at KFC on Friday really rude to us

First off the dining room is absolutely disgusting grime caked on the floor floors food from last night still on the floors, soda counter station, sticky AF do not buy any means ask for extra sauce or they will drown your food where you can’t even pick it up without ruining your clothes. Also unattended at the counter when you’re looking for help will not be back

it was bad i went through the drive-through ordered a spicy chicken sandwich box with french fries and chicken nuggets and a drink. First of all they didn’t give us two of our three drinks and not only that but they didn’t make our chicken sandwich is spicy they didn’t give me my chicken nuggets or french fries with my meal that I paid extra money for and it honestly ruined my night I closed at work and I just wanted some KFC but I guess I couldn’t get that zero out of 10 if I could rate zero stars I would do not go here please.

High marks for friendly service and clean dining room. The food ... not great. Chicken bowls had only 3 and 4 nuggets (supposed to be 5), and some of those were just tiny balls of skin, no chicken inside. We didn't find out until later (it was to-go) and I'm sure the nice staff would have taken care to correct the mistake.

I bought 5 pieces chicken tenders of chicke n tenders with sides layed on their side the tenders filled the box only 1/3 full. The tenders averaged 3 inches in length and were flat and did not have the crunchy batter. DONT. Waste your money
Dirty tables, trash on the floor, loud blaring rock music in the dining room. Employees yelling and fighting with each other about who was supposed to be doing what position. Mashed potatoes where like liquid, chicken nuggets old and hard. And it still took over 20 minutes to get 2 orders. It was like a day care center without any supervision.

I have had good visits and bad visits at this location. Today the customer service was horrible. I guess it must be the ever revolving door of employees. I consistently see new faces every time I go in. Tonight was a complete miss for a customer service opportunity. If someone buys a bucket of lemonade from you just give them a couple regular cups. They just spent money at your establishment. I don't know when things became so complicated to just get a normal size cup for the lemonade we just bought.
