This place sucks, your employees have terrible customer service and the food was not worth my money. Got a famous bowl, they had no corn which was fine. Get my food 4 pieces of chicken and almost all gravy.. they rushed us at the window.. without giving us our full order, get better employees..

As I was checking my bag for for all of my items he shuts window on me, forgot my sauce, and gave me the wrong meal. When the meal was replaced with the right one still forgot the sauce again. So when I asked for my ranch he gave me honey mustered. I know it’s a face food place but 20$ for a meal and potato’s and then them not even getting it right is ridiculous.

Person at drive thru window was very rude, no plastic ware, no napkins, and no honey or butter fir biscuit. I understand busy but the rudeness is uncalled for. It was the same thing when I was in picking up and order for a client.

It has improved a little bit over the last few weeks, so i'm being long, long.Wait times so that's pleasant
We did moble order gave them 10 minutes and still waiting 10 minutes after we arrived. Gave us no sauce with our chicken strips even though we ask them. Gave us butter and honey, we didn't order biscuits.

Waited for over thirty five minutes for two famous bowls. How hard is it to make them. Then was told that they needed to cook the corn. The kitchen staff needs to speak up before they run out of supplies or have a few more people to know how to run a kitchen.
Ok...I went to kfc in northbend, OR. and I'll never, ever go back, I'll eat cat litter before that. I'll be force-fed my own guts before I go back there. Service was Torturous. And the food was Even worse.. When I tried to eat one of the biscuits, it exploded with dryness in my mouth and all over me, So I went back from one block away, And asked to see the manager. So a woman comes out and says, I can get you some more biscuits, and I thought, why would I take more dried sand? So I said, let me see your manager, your boss and then to my surprise, to my astonishment, the same girl that sold me this crap to begin with comes out and says, i'm the manager, and I went, oh my god, just give me my money back. I've eaten better food out of the dirt. And that's saying, a lot, since I spent a number of years in the Marine Corps, And have actually Eaten dirt. Do your family a favor and don't go there. I should have known right away when I pulled into the parking lot and one of their guys was smoking a cigarette and went back in after scratching his a** and didn't even wash his hands. And started cooking food.
They always try to overcharge. They'll charge full price instead of combos. Even when I slowly repeat my order back to them TWICE, they always leave something off, and try to make me pay more. Screw this place, save your time, go elsewhere.
