This one our favorite restaurants in NB or CB! We go there as often as possible.. we have eaten at some of the best restaurants on the west coast, the food is fresh and the prices are affordable

IMO, this place is a chef's dream. Where else will I get the combination of a challenging game of Make Your Own Sauce (And Meat, Veggie, and Noodle Dish!) with authentic and varied ingredients, some crazy grill skills I get to observe and a fabulous pile of food at the end. We were both blown away by how fun and delicious this meal turned out to be. (Love the hot oil, white pepper and sesame oil options, BTW.)
While I was enticed by the low price, that turned out to be the least interesting and wonderful characteristic of Lucky Dragon. Lucky, indeed! Lucky for everyone!

I don’t know how they were before Covid since I never went before then, but this is an amazing restaurant now. If you have never been to a Mongolian grill type restaurant before and are not sure how to create a great sauce, just ask the main cook. The sauce is key!!! They are a family owned restaurant and every one there is kind and always helpful. The food is fresh and amazing! Just give it a try before you make decisions based on review from many years ago!

Not open as posted.
Affordable and delicious, you make your own plate and they cook it in front of you
Pretty good food but their hours are super inconsistent. They frequently closed during listed business hours. Would probably eat there more if they were open consistently. Good food and good people still recommend if you can get in.
Great food. Rarely open the hours it has posted. Slow replacement of vegetables they have out.

Amazing place to eat. The new style is so amazing the chef even helped pick out the sauces. 10/10 will eat here again.

Went twice on days they should be open. Open hours whiteboard still in front but they definitely closed at least for now.
not a buffet even though it says they are. they charge by the plate. also no seafood which is confounding for a restaurant on the coast. i just wanted a buffet with crab legs and crawfish but guess the closest one to this one is in eugene.
Strangely very good. It's not a Chinese buffet as they once were advised. They have basic Mongolian grill, not all you can eat as you may expect. No seafood options, just chicken, pork, beef, tofu, noodles & veggies. If you want a quiet place to eat with little to no social interaction, this is the place. It's sad how dead it is inside, but they are somehow still in business, so I'd recommend trying it if you enjoy Mongolian grill food (just 1 plate) & don't mind the sad depressing atmosphere. The atmosphere will improve if people start going.
