I had two sandwiches made and it was put together sloppy and it had so much sauce to the point everything's falling out of the sandwich and it did not taste good at all cuz all you could taste was sriracha and it was falling apart!!

Went to this subway 30-35 minutes after they opened on my lunch break craving a sandwich. When I got there the door was locked and no employee was there. I called the store 3 times and waited about 10 minutes to see if someone would come out. No one did. Very disappointed no one was there

There is one employee working his ass off completely alone. I have been in line for 40 minutes and he is doing the best he can to fulfill orders but holy shit this is ridiculous. This guy needs a raise and he needs help! Whoever manages this store needs to get more help in here.
I am staying to get the employees name but regretting not driving across town or sitting down at a restaurant. This is crazy. The dude working is a legend and deserves recognition.

The Subway on Newmark in Coos Bay was very well kept and the sandwich was great. The young man running the store on the night of November 29th, the night shift, was such a good worker- very pleasant and attentive to our order. He was also keeping everything nice and clean.
It’s 9:02. This location at Pony Village is open until 10. Yet, you’re closing down an hour early & had taken out everything from the case.. an hour…early.
Rude to customers. Not coming back to this location. Hope your management has a talk with you.
You close at 10. Offering customers to go to another location is wild.

BEST subway in the coos Bay north bend area Al and Memphis are my favorites there both very professional and fast and make the BEST sandwichs in the worldddd u should definitely buy from these guys because the subway in empire is... Just not the same ?
I always try to go to this Subway specifically. The customer service here is WELL ABOVE par. They are always very accommodating and polite and make the best sandwiches compared to the other two I have been to in Coos. I usually try to go back to the same guy, Dylan, because he makes it just how I like, but I had a different guy today who did just as awesome! It turns out Dylan was busy helping a customer who had just bought a sandwich and accidentally locked themselves out of their car! I noticed he was helping them on my way in to order and he had helped them into their car with their sandwich by the time that mine was made. What amazing customer service. A raise and promotion isn’t enough! Give this guy his own frickin Subway! What a mensch!
