Sweet man with the bun needs a raise for being so patient and caring with an elder gentleman while off the clock. He took the time to help him place his order on the kiosk and explain the process to him , and then went to grab another employee to finish out his order at the register as he was paying cash. All while he was holding his own food in his hand with his jacket on; presumably waiting to leave or finish out his break. SUCH A SWEET GUY Wish I could’ve got his name.

The price of the food is to high. Seems like you have to do all the work by ordering and paying for your food. The taste is not the same for the price you pay. Your getting less food and paying more.

They don't believe in customer service anymore the kiosk arrangement is confusing as well as every time I walk in the place is dirty and smells like a homeless camp the food will give you food poisoning 4 out of 5 times not worth it
They no longer have cashiers in the lobby, everything is only on a automated screen and once locked in you can't change it, so if you made a mistake and decided you wanted to pay with cash but had chosen a card to bad or if you wanted to cancel a item and get something else once locked in your out of luck. The place has no atmosphere.
My niece is staying at my house and wanted some food delivered. The 2 girls that made the delivery must have been high because the kept saying they couldn't find the address while sitting outside in front of my house laughing. I don't appreciate her getting the food late and cold!! You need to hire more competent people, js!!!
