When did it become okay for Taco Bell to refuse hot sauce with my order? I just ordered from the drive through and requested lots of hot sauce to only find three in the bag for two nacho orders. When I asked for more I was told “we only give two per order” by the drive through CSR then I said I would buy them but they don’t have a way to charge for them.
I asked for the manager who said they only give out one hot sauce per item. So which is it, one or two packets of hot sauce per item?
When did this become the rule at Taco Bell?
So, I just went into the lobby and grabbed what I wanted from the condiment bar.
I should have grabbed napkins too because those were not in my bag either.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Does management receive a bonus for having the most packets at the end of each quarter?
Is Taco Bell struggling to stay open in North Bend Oregon?
I suggest that if you are going to limit your customers to one or two, depending on who you speak to, packets of hot sauce, then at least give them the option of buying more.
Also, post this new rule in a location easily available for the customer when they are ordering food.

my amish friend came here specifically to try taco’s bell for thr firs time they forgot he’s burrito with chicken and lettice

Ate here several times and every single time my order is wrong in at least one way. I pay extra for add ons and so far they almost never add them. Also they give you no sour cream even though it’s almost a dollar more to get it.

I most likely don't know what to order that is good ? Got beef burrito tasted good but not big for price and had potatoes and cheese bowl small and price to high and taste? Like chicken soft taco at othet taco place better and tater tot.
Another Taco Bell with absolutely no visible menu and no counter ordering from an actual human. Have to use a kiosk to order food, but if using cash, an employee will be ready to help with that after ordering.

The food itself is like any other location, but this is the third time in a row that I have ordered a quesadilla and they don’t even attempt to cut it. We ordered two this time, and neither have a single cut mark on them. Why is it only this location that does this?

The kiosk is very hard for me to use though, I'm 50 and I have cognitive impairment from a stroke and I don't know how to use computers. But, a very nice teenager there helped me through the kiosk.

Dude I ordered 6 burritos, asked for a bunch of sauces, and got 4. That's not even one per burritto when I usually go through two per. What happened, it used to be you could order one thing and get sauce to use for a month.
