My family of four had breakfast at the Grounds Cafe. The food was pretty good. We had a breakfast sandwich, elote avocado toast, and a Belgian waffle breakfast. Drinks were a vanilla latte, mocha, and juice for the kids. I didn't give five stars because the Belgian waffle was probably a 3 star. The coffees were super hot. My wife likes her coffe hot but it was too hot. I like mine at 135° but I forgot to mention that so I don't hold that against them. All in all, I'd stop there again.
Great way to start the day! Love that they have the drive thru option with quick service. Got a burrito and eggs benedict and both were great! The inside looked so cute but didn't get to stop for long enough can't wait to see it next time.
On a roadtrip w friends and stopped by for brunch and coffee. The food is so good! Everyone was incredibly happy w their choices. I got the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a everything bagel. So crazy good. The place was really nice inside and very charming. It being an old bank is pretty cool with the vault still being there too.
Our group of ten stopped at this great gem for breakfast. It is a smaller venue inside a bookstore so we were concerned they may not be able to get our order done quickly. They were amazing! Turned around food and drinks in record time and everything tasted amazing! The Grounds Benedict, breakfast burrito and Strawberry Avocado Toast were top hits! We would come back here in a heartbeat.
Nice little cafe tucked inside a book store. Really good egg bendits and cranberry scone. My wife got a bowl that i forgot the name and it was also delicious. A hidden gem
What a gem! We stopped by for coffee and ended up enjoying breakfast inside. Such a cool atmosphere with it being a bookstore as well. We tried the breakfast burrito, the breakfast sandwich and avocado toast. Everything was delicious and came out in a matter of minutes. The staff was great as well. Highly recommend!
Came here twice for brunch and loved it! Cozy and quiet, with friendly staff. Recommend the almond latte, as well as the regular coffee. The eggs Benedict, chickpea toast, coffee cake, blueberry scone were all delicious. We also liked the green shakshuka bowl and breakfast sandwich.
The building is an old bank and the bathrooms are in the safe. The books inside are ecclectic and well organized. The cafe had great lattes, polite service and delicious choices on their food menu. They forgot to make my wife's breakfast tacos. They were apologetic and made it immediately upon finding out. Didn't charge us for the meal. I had the grounds Benedict royal with a side of hash browns. Wow!! That was fricken good! Perfect hollandaise sauce! The tacos were so good as well. The termeric shined through in the sauce so nicely. Will be coming back soon!
The day before Mother's Day I took my mom out for a bit. We had an early lunch here after perusing the books. Both of our dishes were DE-lish! She had avocado toast and I had kale and Salmon Hash. I accepted the optional hot sauce and the flavor was great but it was more like HOT SAUCE. ? I am more of a medium spice kinda gal, so it was too much for me but, like I said, the flavor was great.
The eggs Benedict is the move! The cinnamon rolls are great too!

This cafe is wonderful. It’s inside a charming , spacious , well stocked and well layed-out bookstore.Grounds Cafe is welcoming, well lit and inviting. The menu has unusual and delicious offerings as well as old standbys. Quality is great. Frequented by friendly locals and tourists from all walks of life. They also have fresh baked goods and excellent coffee.I had the Turkish eggs with a side of extra greens. This building was once a bank. The restrooms are in the old bank vault. They have colorful and interesting art for sale by locals.Check it out! The menu photo I posted is current.
Yum! Excellent brunch, friendly service! We had the Croque Madame on special, the B.L.A.T.T., and mini cinnamon roll - all three delicious! We’ll be back for sure. :)
More gluten free options than appear to be online! We had the gf breakfast tacos and they were amazing. Also they had gf bread available for breakfast Sammies or avocado toast! They also had a nice chai latte
First time I went I got a raw scone & a raw frittata.. went again & got 8 scones for my family thinking they’d be done more & they were, but every single one tasted the same. Lemon, peach cinnamon, etc all had no flavor. Good honey bee coffee though. Turkey cranberry sandwich could’ve used a lot more Turkey & sauce with toasted bread.
The man working here seems really passionate about his job. Our food/drinks were perfect and he was very informative and friendly!
