Stopped for a small hot coffee with cream, drove around the corner to my appointment where I took a sip and found I had cold coffee, probably from yesterday. This was my first time at Human Bean and will now be my last.

Worst Chai Tea.
They put the most bitter espresso in it without you ordering it. I don’t know if it’s the workers getting confused because it’s listed as a Chai “latte” or what but this is the WORST place to get a regular chai tea.
Not a one off either, happens every order. Gross.

The coffee is good, the food is small for the price, but still tasty. And I enjoy the service. They're always super friendly, and when the lines get long they send out a worker when they have a spare one to get people's orders. I'm only giving 4 stars though because I think it's wild you can't get a buzz drink smaller than 24 oz. I don't need a drink that big and I don't want a drink that big. I was offered a 16oz size, but would still be charged for 24 oz. Why can't you order the buzz drinks in a smaller size?

I was helped by a young girl named Hannah the other day who was the sweetest most understanding girl, she took her time with my order, talked with me about the kitty adoption going on in the mall, and was overall the friendliest crew member I’ve come across while ordering at this location. I was sad to not see her today so figured I’d shout her out! She really knows her job and is an outstanding barista
