I looked at the pastries and there was 6 fruit flies flying around. So I told the girl at the counter the maybe she should open the container and let the bugs out and she just laughed at me
I went to drive thru today to get a drink. Price was $5.95. I gave the girl $7.00 which was $1.05 for tip. She obviously did not have math skills. She handed me the nickel and I said oh no you keep it. She then went on to make comments to other employees very loudly “ look guys we made five cents, ooooohhh”. One it’s just rude and even if someone tipped you five cents well lame but get over it and have good customer service. Two learn to count money correctly. I tipped you $1.05!!!

Drive through was full of trash and very poorly kept. As a former Starbucks manager I know the standards that are in place so for me, this immediately effected the experience in a negative way. Please show more care in keeping your facility clean!

Just left this Starbucks. I drove my husbands ford truck and got stuck because the driveway is so narrow, I had to get out and ask the employee for some help. The manager I think he said his name is zack came outside in the rain and totally guided me around and helped me. He was so nice- it was embarrassing on my end. He was super nice and didn’t make me feel stupid. He even paid for my drinks even though I’m the one who got stuck. Anyways, what great customer service. Very much appreciated ?

Such a friendly staff! Whenever I go through the drive thru, they're so friendly and ask me how my day is going! Clean, spacious inside and plenty of seating with plugs for your laptop!
