Nailed it! Coffee & Chai done RIGHT!
As a former barista, I have seen some horrors at coffee stands and chains, so this place was a very welcome change of pace! I cannot remember the last time I had properly done foam on a chai. My only regret is that I didn't order a cappuccino.
The dogs appreciated their pup cups as well.
The emus and company made for an entertaining view as we waited too.

Stopped by before starting my long drive. Bought a sugar free mocha latte and wasn’t too sweet. And the drip coffee was made using a French press , which made it taste better.
The coffee shop is literally 50 yards from the fuel island at a truck stop. Sadly many truckers would rather drink truck stop coffee than walk over and get a better quality cup of joe for the same price.

So out of the way. Sadly nobody goes here. Just walked up today after fueling and it's a nice older women who owns the stand. She made me an amazing blended milky way, and I loved it. Given that I'm not a coffee fan that's saying something. Give her some business and help keep her open. Gems like this are hard to find.

If you’re passing thru the Rice Hill area I’d advise you keep on going. Not worth the stop.
