“We stopped here on our way back to Washington, and I felt like this Burger King deserved a review.

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, our food was fresh, the fries were delicious, and the restaurant—including the bathrooms—was very clean.

I didn’t get the employee’s name, but he’s the one in the picture. I went to pick up our takeout order from the counter, but after deciding to eat inside instead, he kindly carried our food all the way to our table without me even asking. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot.

Traveling with young kids can be overwhelming, and sometimes a little kindness makes a bigger difference than people realize. Another employee took the time to make small talk with us and, before we left, wished us a safe trip. It may seem like a simple thing to say, but those thoughtful words genuinely made me smile.

Then, just before we left, the employee asked if he could give my kids free ice cream. Of course I said yes, and it absolutely made their day.

I wanted to write this review because people often underestimate the impact of kindness and a positive attitude. Good customer service isn’t just about serving food—it’s about making people feel welcome, seen, and cared for. This team did exactly that, and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Thank you for turning what could have been just another stop on our road trip into such a positive memory. We’ll definitely stop here again whenever we’re passing through”
