As expected. Everything okay. They occasionally forget extras ordered and paid for like sauces, salads, dessert. Can be a problem when family orders and I pickup.Wheelchair accessibility: Very thoughtful staff. Offer to carry heavy orders to car for all customers.
I had scheduled a pickup online and we were coming from out of town to visit family. We got a flat tire on our way and we were delayed about an hour and a half as we got the tire fixed. I called to reschedule our pickup time and they were able to change easily. We arrived about 30 minutes early to our second pickup time and they immediately transitioned to make our order and were very friendly, asking us if we got everything sorted out.
