We are frequent Papa Murphys customers and until our order today have been fairly pleased with the store we order from. We ALWAYS order the stuffed Chicken/Bacon every single time. Today after cooking and serving the take and bake we noticed something "off" about the way it looked and sure enough after "opening" the slice found the culprit. The two crusts (top and bottom) literally stuck together because the were three little pieces of "stuffing and glued together by gooey sauce (not pleasant I might add). Upon calling our store my husband explained our situation and was told by the Mgr "I made that myself and used 8 ounces like I should... so telling us we were lying about the complaint! Remember we order this exact pizza EVERY time and know when we were given a sub-par order.after todays treatment we will NOT be returning to this store.

As expected. Everything okay. They occasionally forget extras ordered and paid for like sauces, salads, dessert. Can be a problem when family orders and I pickup.Wheelchair accessibility: Very thoughtful staff. Offer to carry heavy orders to car for all customers.

Called in an order for half meat lovers and half Hawaiian. Was told 20 minutes to pick up. 30 minutes later when I arrived in pick up my order I was told it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later I was told the order was not put in when I originally called. Waited another 10 minutes, as walk ins got their orders. Asked for a Manager, who said sorry, my bad, when I suggested they train the staff member who took the phone orders. Very poor customer service, may not come back to this store!

I had scheduled a pickup online and we were coming from out of town to visit family. We got a flat tire on our way and we were delayed about an hour and a half as we got the tire fixed. I called to reschedule our pickup time and they were able to change easily. We arrived about 30 minutes early to our second pickup time and they immediately transitioned to make our order and were very friendly, asking us if we got everything sorted out. We greatly appreciated their kindness as it had been a stressful day!

My first impression as I walk in, is this was a very simple, and clean take-n-back Pizza establishment. Not to mention the friendly customer service right as I walked in. Asking what my name is, and whether my order was ready or not. The prep work on my Pizza order looked appetizing and great! I took my pizza home, to my oven already preheating. An 17 minutes later, WOO LA!! My pizza tasted Great, an came out to perfection! My experience at this Pa Pa Murphys establishment, from start to finish, was EXCELLENT!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A personal observation, it was obvious this Business, supports our #youth, which was great to see! Most of the staff are High Schoolers. All the staff was very polite, punctual with my order and thorough with the presentation and delivery. So,?????High Five PaPa Murphy and Staff for a Great experience!!

Well, it's take out only, this atmosphere doesn't really apply. However, I really love Papa Murphys. I think their cowboy pizza is my favorite. They make it, you take it home and bake it. Always delicious if you follow the simple instructions!
