Great food at a reasonable price! Open for lunch & dinner with a median priced menu. Still the same charm & friendly service! Also try Turkey Hall for Burgers & brews on Friday & Saturdays with a great Pasta bar & music on Friday nights. Try it. You'll like it!

Neat place, nice people, many different mouth-watering foods to ponder, well-known and well regarded in Douglas County, a destination restaurant for folk many miles away, and for a good reason. Not thought of as a cheap place to eat, but the best half-order of biscuits and gravy I've ever had and a really good cup of gourmet coffee cost $6! The gravy tasted like sausage and had nice chunks of sausage in it. As I was leaving, the waitress volunteered a travel cup for the coffee I hadn't finished. How often will you see that?

We enjoyed our cocktails. We went when they had just lost a bartender so they were recreating the cocktail menu. We still enjoyed our drinks. The avocado toast was awesome!

The atmosphere is so homey and all the staff do everything they can to make sure that you have the best experience possible. The food has a very high quality and lunch is still moderately priced.

Really nice server but it took forever 40 min to an hour for our food to arrive. They weren't busy, the food...some of it really good some not so good. Prices are high for the quality comparable to Portland downtown. I really like the atmosphere and that sweet little town.

Very very friendly. Great food & ice cream. You will probably meet the owner! A family owned restaurant off the beaten path in Oakland, OR near Sutherlin. Easy accessible from Interstate 5. Experience Oregon history at Tolly's.

I believe management changed not long ago. Much better service and good food w/generous portion. If it's been a while give 'em a try.

We had a delicious lunch. A cup of soup and half a sandwich. All items heads very special touches. I would highly recommend a few minutes it takes to get off of the freeway.

This place has me so upset, I was a chef at a steak restaurant and when it came to gift certificates we gave money back for the change. I got a gift certificate for my b day and spent $35 dollars and it was for 60. They wont give me the change even though i have the receipt for when the gift certificate that was paid in cash. This well named restaurant was well named back in the day and now they want to give me another gift certificate for the remaining amount. What happens when it gets to say 7 dollars are they going to write me another gift certificate for that amount. There isnt anything i want from that place and they are stealing money from people that get gift certificates. Whatever you do dont get a gift certificate from tollys and personally i wouldnt eat their food either its high priced for the quality of food you get along with the small portions. Hope the owner to the place makes it right i will leave another post just to let everyone know the out come, last time the message was suppose to get to the owner i never got a phone call, i hope they can be at least considerate and relay the message to please have the owner call me.

Great place! Friendly staff. Good food! Worth a quick trip off the freeway. Easy on. Off. Follow the signs. You have to follow a scenic frontage road to get back to I-5 south. Its easy!

Great!!! The food, service, and establishment were all terrific. The chicken with almond soup was delicious and the sandwich was tasty. Just the right size portion.

This restaurant's history and interior is very worth the 3 mi drive off I-5 to stop by. Food was perfectly prepared and presented by very friendly and knowledgable wait staff and chef. I was impressed when the Bill of Rights, and other historical documents were part of the decor. Make the detour..it is worth it.

Unfortunately not as good as previously experienced, help was unmotivated and potatoe salad was very like Resers from the grocery, likewise the Ginger Ale was not anything I can buy off the shelf. Sandwich was mediocre and for the price I expected better. Thou the corn chowder and double chocolate cake was good. Probably not driving up from Winston to Oakland again.

We went to a beer pairing dinner with Tolly's and Two Shy last night. The pairings were amazing and I can't wait to go back and get some more of their pasta that's made in house. The patio looked amazing and I looked the lower light atmosphere they had going on inside. Also the desert window had many choices.
