Excellent location in Oceanside with beautiful beach views. Rooms are nice with large cal king beds, jetted tub and large TV.

The view is flawless from this location. The furniture is cozy and clean. The beds are so comfortable and clean. The tub was gross, and the grout was moldy.
Bring your own food to prepare unless you plan to spend $30-40 per person for dinner in town. But a few restaurants are very close by that you can walk to. Make sure you don't book the kitchenette and get the full kitchen.
I love that Three Arches has a stash of games downstairs to borrow. Nothing is better than playing games with an amazing view. This was our second trip to this location, and I am sure we will be visiting again.
Rooms: The room was great except the moldy grout and gross film covering the tub. I always look forward to a soak after rockhounding. I was pretty disappointed.
Walkability: You can walk to food, the beach, and community center. Unless you want groceries, you can spend the entire weekend here without needing to travel.

The hotel is located directly overlooking the beach, you just have to walk across the street and you're right there. The large panoramic windows give you a great view. Check-in is automatic; you receive a code for the room door in advance and can then check in yourself. We had the apartment with a kitchenette and everything was very clean and nice.
Rooms: There was a bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed as well as a living room with a corner sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Walkability: The beach is just across the street.

On my visit to the area I stopped by to shop. I didn't give a review on the rooms because I didn't stay there. The shop was fun to look around and had a good lemon cake.

We stayed at the Three Arch Inn for one night and that was fine, although the room could be made more comfortable and kept in better order. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right for me, because at a good €200 per night I expected a tip-top room.
Rooms: The room is a nice size and offers a great view. Unfortunately the furniture is a bit worn out. Unfortunately, the bathroom has a somewhat dingy whirlpool bathtub, but no decent shower head.
Nearby activities: The beach is right outside the door and you can walk through the tunnel to a small cove next door. By car you can drive beautifully along the coast via Three Capes Drive.
Walkability: There are a few cafes and the stand within walking distance, but you need a car for everything else.
Food & drinks: There are three cafés in the immediate vicinity, although they have very limited opening hours. You should find out about this in advance and, if necessary, go shopping or eating somewhere else. We stayed in the "Upstairs" in the neighboring town, which was good.

The view from the room is unparalleled. Full ocean, cliffs, sunset- gorgeous. We ate breakfast downstairs, very good!
The room was comfortable, we loved the couch with the lounger for viewing the sunset and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room could use some updates, a deep cleaning and light maintenance and the entry could use some decluttering to elevate the experience.

I booked my room in December, the company that they work through(in Denmark?) took my payment a few days ago. When you arrive it is self service check in. We had no code to get in our room? As well as no Internet to speak of anywhere in Ocean City without a password. We drove back a couple of miles to get service. The number they gave on the office wall was answered promptly. She explained that my reservation had cancelled out. She wasn't sure why? Thankfully she was able to find it and we got it sorted out. It was my 56th Birthday, and I can be technically challenged I know. For older folks I can see self check in as a problem.Once we opened the door, our room was wonderful. Old hard wood floors, vaulted ceiling, and big windows looking out on the water.I appreciated having all the streaming networks available in our room, with the windy wet weather outside. As well as the deep and jetted tub.Such a great off the beaten path location. We will be back despite the frustration in the beginning.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great and the view beautiful! The living space was cramped. The jacuzzi tub was nice. I’m older so I would suggest grab bars for getting in and out of the tub.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views in a beautiful spot. Check-in was a little weird — the keypads on the doors look like touchless keycard readers, and you may have to touch them a few times to get the keypad to show up. My room had a great giant bathtub and I loved waking up next to a huge (and very clean) picture window overlooking the ocean.

We absolutely loved this place! Stayed in #5, with a separate bedroom and fully equipped-and nice-kitchen. Comfy beds, great views and, in January-a beach to ourselves. We were there during the ice storm and lost power for 6 hours. The woman who cleans the units made her way to pull out extra blankets for us. Great service and a definite step up from our usual beach stays. We’ll be back!Food & drinks: Roseanne’s cafe is across the street. Closed part of our stay but we got take out breakfast. Good food, very accommodating. Bs k in Netarts, had dinner on their patio because we travelled with our dog. Stayed cozy around theirs fire table and had the FRESHEST oysters we’ve ever had. Pizza was great too.

I loved the view from my room, and while the room was pretty basic, the bed was really comfortable, and the location to the beach was perfect. The check in process is the reason for the loss in a star. I had no idea there would be no cell service when I arrived in the area, and I needed service to be able to access my Airbnb app and get the door code to my room. I was lucky enough to catch a coffee shop employee closing up, across the street, and he gave me his business WiFi password. Once your in the room you can connect the WiFi. Parking is crazy limited, I found a spot but I think i got lucky. Happy Traveling!
This is our second visit to Three Arch Inn. We stayed in room 4 which was very comfortable, nice sofa with chaise right by the picture window boasting a lovely view of the Three Arches. Unfortunately, two lamps were in need of bulbs and we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Still, we got to agate hunt on the beach at night and came away with a pretty impressive haul! We had such a nice sleep in the very comfortable bed! We are all ready planning our next visit ❤️

I was very disappointed with my stay. This is the second time I've visited Three Arch Inn and the experience was nothing like the first. Upon arrival to Room 3, we noted a large crack in the window, which was disappointing but not a huge deal. Then we saw that the tub jets were not functional, which had been a big draw to stay the location. Later, when we attempted to use the bath, we discovered the tub stopper did not work either, so it would not hold water, rendering the tub unusable. Shortly after, we found a puddle of water on the ground and on our food in the fridge, as it had been turned off prior to our arrival. None of these issues were detailed in the listing. I reached out via email (per their emailed directions) during the visit about the issues and still have not received a reply. I am very disappointed and I cannot recommend this accommodation to other travelers.
