First time at an A&W ever. Can’t complain. Great root beer float. Burger was more like a cafeteria burger but I wasn’t expecting much anyways. Fries were fresh. Service was fine, waited about 3 minutes at the speaker before my order was taken.
I love A&W but this year it seems too have really gone down hill. I went tonight and had friendly staff but the food was poor quality. Chicken nuggets were cold and dried out, fries cold and had found an old over cooked cheese curd in my box. Asked for fry suce and was given Ranch.
Got a chicken nugget that tasted like bean cake.

Nice people and great environment just couldn't get over the throat irritation I experienced after eating the chicken nugget/bean cake.
