It was clean and friendly. So busy for a Thurday night, but not too busy, room for the 12 of us no problem. Best thin crust pizza not too saucy. Extra thick bread sticks. No bombardment of games to make the kids distracted from eating. Love it

Food was decent but service pretty terrible. We didn’t receive all of our order for delivery and called Abby’s to request it be sent. All they said was that there was nothing they can do about it. I asked them “Don’t you guy deliver?”, the person said “yes” but there was still nothing they could do for us. I would imagine that if all of my order did not get delivered that they would make it right, but I guess my expectations were too high. So disappointed in Abby’s that they wouldn’t make this right.

I have had the Abbeys smoked oyster pizza for 30 years now. The other night we had some delivered and it was little dried black oysters. They didn’t look like oysters, and it was horrible. It looked like a black olive that was dried black. What the heck is happened? I am so so so disappointed.

(Except for the Myrtle Creek and especially, the Keizer location) . . this is and has been, by far, my favorite pizza chain in Oregon! Perfect crust, perfectly cooked, generous ingredients! The Newberg location has been exceptional and stellar! What else can I say.

I've eaten Abbys pizza since the early 80s back when the original owner still owned it as a small chain. While no Abbys pizza will ever be that amazing again (those days are gone), this particular restaurant does a good job getting decently close, and they are very good at being consistently as good as they are. Fast service, friendly people, and always a clean restaurant.When I need a really good pizza fix for that child nostalgia (minus the arcade games and balloons of course), this is the location I go.

Horrible wait times (90min to 360min), poor customer service, lazy staff, and incompetent management. The 2 times I've gone inside... the restuarant is dirty, staff isn't welcoming or helpful, and the decor is in serious need of remodel. It's rather spend my money at better establishments like Jimmy-Os, The Flying Pie, or The Stark Street Pizza Company.

I just ate here for the first time and had the ultimate meat and the lone star BBQ pizza and it was amazing! Truly the best pizza I've ever had in my life.Loved it!:) I just have to update this triple topper with pineapple I just got is so beautiful, it's the most beautiful pizza I've ever seen ?

Update. Gave them another shot because my son likes the pizza. Their website doesn't quote an estimated delivery time until payment is processed. The time stated is easy to miss. Hour and a half for delivery and counting. It's Saturday during football season, I get that it's busy. When I called to check on the order and eta I was rushed off the phone with "it'll be there any minute". When asked for an actually eta, again it'll be there any minute and they hung up. ? New to living in oc. Lost our business.
