The service in this store is great! I have been a fan of Baskin Robbins since I was a child and would give it 5 stars but the price is a bit high. This a great store, though and convenient to get a scoop after shopping.

Tons of options for ice cream (31). It was clean, friendly service and they were making a sundae for the excited people in front of us. They make ice cream cakes and have a large option for cones. Located in the Fred Meyer parking lot. There is outdoor seating.

I ordered the oreo and reeses layered sundae. Great ice cream but both the cups were a bit over half full. I paid almost 11 bucks each for nothing. Thanks. It got delivered to me so I couldn't ask for the normal amount, not child scoops. Take pride in your work!! The oreo one didn't even have marshmallow. Call me and tell me, maybe substitute it through the delivery app. The pictures are how it came. Not worth the 11 bucks but they have good ice cream when you can get it.

Ordered a cake online and was not pleased with what I received. However, I tend to judge a business on how they resolve issues as they will inevitably arise. I was pleased to receive an immediate response from the store owner who promptly resolved the problem. I will most definitely return to this location as I appreciate their quality customer service.

Came in the other night and ordered a banana split for the hubby and I tried a cappuccino blast on the recommendation of one of the workers! I asked for her name and she said it was Samantha! She put whipped cream and cinnamon on the top. It was great! Definitely coming back again soon for another! Definitely an improvement from when I visited 3-4 years ago!

Went in around 9:30 after a long day. The two young guys were cleaning up and probably getting ready to close. I asked them if they had tried the tiger milk Boba drink, and they both said no. I've had this type of drink 100 times. So I order 2. I got to the car and tried it and it was disgusting. I went back in asking if I could get something else because it was terrible. They both just uh uh uh'd me. I gave the guy the drink I hadn't drank from and asked him to try it because it was horrible. He tried it, had a bitter face, then said "well I followed the recipe sooooo" and it like yeah and it's disgusting so can I get something else and they just starred at eachother and didn't answer me, so I just said please throw it away. $7 a piece.... They looked like they would break the law if they gave me something.

Came in tonight, Friday, April 1st, and had a guy named, Jayden (hope I spelled that right) help me out. He was fantastic. Super patient with me having multiple things to order with a line forming. Said hi to everyone who came in with a cheerful tone while making my Banana Royale and Mint Chip Shake (both were delicious btw),and was even happy to figure out how to apply my coupon that I had from the app. All in all a great experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for some delicious ice cream, as well as be back in the future myself.

After a 30 minute car ride home, the cake looked like this. It cost $47. I’m super disappointed. Dairy Queen cakes don’t look like that after a 30 minute car ride. I was too happy with the taste of the cake either nor was my family. We could have spent less money and gotten a better looking and tasting cake.
