OH My Goodness!!!! The 10th Anniversary Event!!! The tiny booths! (Yea....I spent money) All the kiddos! We sat next to the icepop cooler free for the kiddos/helped to use the cutters, if needed. Happy People! Well Behaved Pups. Great Brews! Awesome DJ!!!! I will NOT speak of the most delicious brisket, pulled pork and Ribs (brought a rack of those home!) The sweet girls behind the counter ❤️
2nd Visit. NOT THE LAST. More than 5 stars.
Outdoor, Campfire Smell! Oh Holy!
Bent Shovel is a local brewery serving up amazing beer and legit pizza in the beer garden. Sit around the fire and have a chat with a stranger. Drink beer and linger.

We used to love this place, but the owner Rick was so rude to us on our last visit that we'll never be back. His attitude seemed to come naturally, so I'm sure other customers have experienced it too. The cherry on top of waiting 70 minutes for a pizza was Rick (probably intentionally) burning it. If you hate people, get out of the hospitality business. Shame because his wife Shelly is so nice.

As others note, it is just a weekend beer garden and a couple small food vendors. No longer the full restaurant. But don't pass this up, if you find yourself out cruising this scenic road! We stopped on a Sunday afternoon: the atmosphere was lively yet relaxed; the beer was good (recommend the dark lager!); there were games; everyone was friendly. A great place to plan a pitstop or intentional time with friends.

Good place for a beer outside and that's it. Ignore the food menu you see online, it doesn't exist. The pub that had all the food has apparently been closed for about a year. The beer garden only has pizza.
It's a lovely comfortable place to relax and have a beer. It was perfect after a day of hiking with the pups. The Mexican lager was so good 😊
We love hanging out under the pine trees sitting round the roaring log fire drinking Ricks excellent small batch brews. Always a great crowd to hang out with and their dogs.

Was there on a cool sunny Sunday. Not busy. Lots of seating , a fire pit, trees, scenery. Had the smash burger with fries from Kristy’s. Excellent. The fries were like a combination of fries and potato chips. A lot of great beers to choose from. Had a flight first, then chose the Namesake. I will definitely return.

The beer is decent, the food is alright, but the outdoor space and the view really set this place apart! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area
