The food and service was less than satisfactory. The Server (in my opinion, and my wifes) had what I would call offensive tattoos. Also we had gotten our bill before we were though eating and she didn't ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. My wife had the French Toast with strawberries. They looked and tasted awful. You could tell they had just came from the freezer. Won't be eating at this Biscuits Cafe location again

The space is modern, but the chipper sinage is in a live, love, laugh font. Lots of country kitchen accents. The lighting is hideous. Three design trends in one space with bad lighting makes for a confused and uninviting space.
Service was fast and friendly, my coffee was never empty. The lone mexican line cook was getting hammered with tickets and putting out one photo ready plate after another. Food was decent.

First time eating here, but the other people with me had been many times. Everyone was disappointed in the food. Every dish of ours came out cold, the food was pretty bland, and slow service. My coffee was cold, asked for more and still cold. The biscuits and proportions were large but seems overpriced.

Great service. Undercooked waffle. Wasn't offered a replacement or anything. Most expensive piece of chicken (over chrisp but tasted ok) I've ever had. $15 for chicken as I couldn't eat the waffle. Hadn't been there in a while. Just moved here n was looking forward to a quick easy (4 minutes from new home) place to go.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Horrible service and burnt food with hair on it. We waited 15min to finally get acknowledgement even when the two waitresses looked at us 5times and walked away. I can understand being short staffed but blaintently ignoring customers is another thing. I was there with my child and ordered one thing for us to split. Our food was burnt, the drink I ordered was wrong. I will definitely not be going back!

All of the food was watery and flavorless, and I couldn’t pinpoint why but the atmosphere was quite hostile. The cooks seemed angry that they had to do more than chat. I get everyone needs a break and deserves to enjoy themselves while at work, but when the kitchen is fully visible by the customers, the bad attitudes really rub off. Insane prices for quality of food and service

The food was bland and overpriced. The egg my friend got was literally so undercooked it still had runny egg whites and when she asked for another egg the cook glared at us the entire time we ate. The food and experience was overall horrible. The only saving grace was that our waitress was lovely.

Easy fast dining experience. Came for breakfast ordered using their BYOB menu. Food was pretty standard, the quality you would expect for a fast paced diner. Staff was all really nice and welcoming.
