We are the second to be seated on Sat. @6:30 am. behind 1 gentleman.
We order. Another couple is seated.
Our food takes forever. It was sitting on the counter. I could see it from my seat. Waitress busy doing prep work, finally notices food and notices heat lamps are not on. Tells the cook to turn them on. Our food is delivered cold. Not tepid but cold.
My husband asked her to microwave our plates, she said, “Sorry, we’ll just make it again.” That was great… until our food was brought to us.
We could not eat the sausages, they appeared to have been deep fried. Couldn’t cut with a knife so crispy and hard. The scrambled eggs were underdone and swimming in oil. The hash browns were cooked on one side and siting in a pool of oil. We said we wouldn’t pay for the hash browns, but we weren’t going to eat what they said served and could we pay the remainder of the bill. The waitress to her credit didn’t charge us at all.
We left her a $5.00 tip.
We have been eating at Biscuits for 25 years, at their first location and the present location in Oregon City. This is not the first time we have been completely disappointed in last 4 years. It’s just this was so beyond ridiculously horrid.
We will not return to this location again ever again.
Bring back Elmer’s.

Prices are way way way to high 😖🤔
I didn't realize how expensive this place had gotten. I paid roughly $30 for two plates of mid breakfast food. Do yourself a favor and just make pancakes at home.
Ordered Over medium eggs. These are NOT Over medium. The toast is soft and the hash browns are gooey.
I'd sort of understand if they were busy but there are literally 9 people in here right now and we're 2 of them.
Pathetic on the cooks and no tip for the server that brought me this mess.
Now we know why we don't come here.
Never again.
Seriously, take an extra minute, cook the damn hash browns, fix my eggs and for God Sakes stop drowning the toast in butter.
I met with a friend and couldn't have a decent conversation because it's too noisy. The food and service were very good, but parking was terrible.
Normally I would recommend Biscuits as one of the best places to have breakfast, but today I had breakfast there with family from the Seattle area. Unfortunately it was the worst breakfast I have had in many years. I ordered the Eggs Benedict which in the past has been the best in OC. The eggs were almost cooked hard. I sent them back and the next order was almost raw. I left them. If this is what has become of Biscuits I won't recommend it. So disappointed....

I'm just not happy that it seems like they always burn the biscuits and I go there for the biscuits and they're not even edible half the time. This picture was taken from the one in Oregon City.
Expensive and not very tasty
No complaints here
Servers go above and beyond ever short handed. Don’t forget to try the margarita flight.
The waiter is outstanding
