The food and service was less than satisfactory. The Server (in my opinion, and my wifes) had what I would call offensive tattoos. Also we had gotten our bill before we were though eating and she didn't ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. My wife had the French Toast with strawberries. They looked and tasted awful. You could tell they had just came from the freezer. Won't be eating at this Biscuits Cafe location again
The space is modern, but the chipper sinage is in a live, love, laugh font. Lots of country kitchen accents. The lighting is hideous. Three design trends in one space with bad lighting makes for a confused and uninviting space.
Service was fast and friendly, my coffee was never empty. The lone mexican line cook was getting hammered with tickets and putting out one photo ready plate after another. Food was decent.

Update 2024: 3 stars: There food can be really good but its neverrrr consistant! Ever.
2022-4 stars: Most of the food is delicious but they always undercooked the hashbrowns...
