Really wanted to love this small local cafe, but it's honestly way overpriced for what you get. Our soy-milk mocha didn't have any chocolate flavor, so basically tasted like a latte, and the chai latte while good, was missing something to make it great and worth returning for. Would not return for the cafe part of the store. The staff were very nice and willing to answer any questions. I like that the shop is filled with stuff from small and local artists. However, some of the branded/officially licensed merchandise near the back of the store was pretty overpriced too.

One of the best specialty lattes I’ve had in a while. Huckleberry cobbler latte was amazing and love to find a spot that offers hemp milk. Great library and atmosphere and a well kept restroom. 🤌
Black Ink Coffee is a great little coffee shop located in White Rabbit Books. We ordered several different coffee beverages and they were all delicious. The service was fast and friendly. The vibe is fun and the combination of a wonderful bookstore and delicious coffee is hard to beat! We'll absolutely return next time we're in town!

The customer service at the register was terrible! We threw away our coffee orders after only a few sips. I was really disappointed because I had high expectations based on the positive ratings, but it was a complete letdown. The coffee was terrible, and the customer service at the register was equally bad. The girls making the coffee were actually nice tho’

Friendly down-to-earth service, good coffee. I ordered a cardamon bun that was fresh and good. Atmosphere is inviting, and the bookstore adds to the the great café vibe.

We were visiting the Falls and stopped in. Great cafe in a really adorable bookshop. The baristas were friendly and helpful. My half caff Americano made with Proud Mary roasted beans was delicious! This cafe would get 5 stars but I was dismayed when they served my piping hot drink in a 16oz plastic Barbie mug that seemed like polycarbonate plastic (so would have BPA in it, a known endocrine disruptor) 😞 Avoid this by ordering a 12oz in a ceramic mug, or see if they can do a 16oz in a canning glass. If we ever get back to OR City we would definitely stop by again.

Lates and coffee is great here. Early in the AM they often have vegan baked goods and regular baked goods. Tons of gifts; books, socks, games, toiletries, etc. It’s great to order your drink and wander around looking at things while you wait. Always dependable, inclusive vibe in downtown.
