Ordered two teas and some spicy corn. The worker couldn’t understand what we’d said and then when it was time to get our stuff, he hadn’t heard us order the corn at all apparently. And when I walked up to the window to get our drinks he asked me what kind of tea I’d ordered as if he had no idea and as if we hadn’t just ordered it less than five minutes before. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I took my grandson to the red Boba truck in Grant's Pass, and the girl working that day did not turn the screen around so I could add a tip. This has been done on more than one occasion. I decided to check my email recipe later to see if my recipe was correct because I had had some suspension about what was going on. Much to my NOT surprise on to of the 7.70$ for the Boba she had added an additional 2.50$ as a tip for herself. So a word of warning to all of you......If they don't show you the screen you can bet your Boba you ate being ripped off. If my grandson wants Boba I will get it for him, but NEVER again will I ever walk away from that truck without seeing the screen Xed out. I suggest you do the same.

This location has a problem with being open. Randomly closing and not offering things on the menu like regular boba when they don't feel like thawing it out. Will randomly close and take off. They're never rude though, but makes you feel like you're a problem just by ordering from here.

I've gone here twice now. Customer service was prompt, they made my drinks quickly. The boba both times was slightly uncooked in the middle, and too soft on the outside, and the second time they gave me the wrong drink flavor. Disappointing for a $6+ drink.
The woman working was so sweet and had a wonderful personality, as well as great customer service! 5/5 ⭐️

Always get excited for boba however there has only been one time ever going here that I didn’t have to wait for the person to get back from break. I don’t know when the break starts but I’ve waited over 30 minutes. No joke the last 5 times I’ve been I’ve bought from a different cart ate and left before he came back. Today was the first time there was no note saying they’ll be back in 5 minutes or 30 minutes but still no one is in there even though it says open. So disappointing I don’t even know why I try to go here anymore at this point.
