We got a 2 whopper meal combo with 2 large fries, 2 large drinks and it was delicious. We also had the 2 chicken sandwiches and they were good. The staff was great and very polite. I love the Hershey's pie and Bacon King meal combo
Honestly just terrible. Asked for a Lettuce wrapped burger, - they said they don't do a Lettuce wrapped but will put the burger on a "Lettuce bed" I had no cheese and 3 little squares of Lettuce. On top of that the food was cold

They got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I asked for no mustard on the cheese burgers and no tomato on the whoppers. When i took it back the first time they switched out the whoppers because they put the wrong ones in there, but they put the same cheeseburgers in the bag that had mustard. Then my dad went in because the order was still wrong, and they just gave him new fries with all the same cheeseburgers that were made wrong. I paid good money for the food and they gladly took it but they refused to make the order how i asked, and wouldn't correct their mistake. Would not recommend this burger king because the employees are eaily confused by simple requests.

Both employees we met gave us incredible service. We ordered 2 Impossible Whoppers and the employee asked if we wanted them to be made without mayo to be vegan. Best service I've ever seen in fast food. I also loved the piano and the vintage stain glassed piano chamber. I have never seen anything like this at a BK before!

Fries cold after asking to make sure they're hot. My dying father inlaw he wanted was hot fries and milkshake. They made it right for us. Burger not cooked fresh, and they were not busy. Nice crew

Woke up hungry today and seen it was after 7 so decided to get a burger for breakfast from burger king, says there open on google maps and there app so i placed an order and drove up to find cones blocking the drive through and all the lights in the lobby off, very disappointed i wasted my time and gas driving there just to return home hungry
Love the breakfast croissants and the have it your way burgers.

Last Saturday I had an extraordinary experience with BK Oregon City employee Kameron. I went in to buy 2 plain hamburgers - no seasoning, no condiments - just bun and meat. Kameron took care of it promptly, exactly as requested. As I was about to leave, he asked if there was a problem with the way BK normally prepares burgers, with salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard and pickle. With an obvious lump in my throat I said "No... it's just that our dog prefers them plain". You see, Cooper, our 14 year old German Shepherd/Australian cattle dog mix is dying slowly from liver disease and hadn't eaten anything in three weeks. We thought "well, every dog will eat a hamburger" so we zipped over to McDonalds... only because it was closer. Coop sniffed it, then stuck out his tongue to taste it before turning away from it. Apparently he prefers his burger his way"!
My wife suggested we try Burger King, and that's where I was waited upon by Kameron. When I told him the story of Cooper, he was visibly touched and offered a vanilla ice cream cup to top it off.
Well... Coop wolfed down the burgers and was nosing around the papers for a third one. FINALLY he had eaten something!
I know, it's not ideal nutrition for a pooch, but this old boy is in the final quarter of the game, and he needed to eat. AND he slept like a pup that night, which means we ALL slept well for the first time in weeks.
Needless to say, I was back at BK yesterday for another meal for Coop. Kameron was there, prepared it perfectly, and kindly asked about our boy as he wrapped up the day's order. I showed him a picture of Coop proudly wearing the BK crown that Kameron had sent home with me the previous day. Kameron laughed, then whipped out his phone and took a picture of King Coop. Kameron was so engaged and kind, I could barely speak to say thank you.
To the owners/managers of BK Oregon City - I hope that you appreciate the incredible employee and customer servant that you have in Kameron. As a business owner myself, I assure you that his behavior is exemplary. Cooper and I think he deserves a bonus! A BIG one.
And to Kameron, our sincrre thanks to our new friend. We'll be back daily. Until...
