This is specific to this location. I once loved Burger King more than McDonald's believe it not. Who doesn't love a really good flames broiled whopper? When it was actually flamed broiled.
Maybe it's just my luck or maybe the hiring manager has little choices to choose from but the staff here, I feel both sorry for while really wished they were fired.
The most unprofessional, unorganized, inattentive group of employees. Noticed I didn't say workers? Because, none of them worked.
They smell of cigarettes and get every other wrong.
On this day, I came in, they took my order after about 10 minutes before someone even said sorry, we are backed up. There were about 12 orders waiting to be filled with 3 more people waiting for food ahead of me. The lady who was taking drive through orders for every one of the orders wrong so people who coming in from the drive thru saying, you got my order wrong, or you forgot an item, or this isn't my order at all.
This cause the inside line to back up even more.
The person who made food had to come up front and take orders, clear existing orders, and clean up the mess. The back up cook did not speak English so the lady talking drive thru orders had to translate.
What a mess.
But the time my food was finished, it was 30 plus minutes.
Would not recommend this Burger King in Oregon City.

8:30 in the morning and they still have the drive through blocked off. That's the way it seems to be almost any and evedy time I have tried to get breakfast at the oregon city location. It doesn't matter what day of the week it is either.
Thats ok, the one in Milwaukie has better service, better food, and is ALWAYS open at 6am like their hours state.

I just had a really bad experience with the service everything was terrible it took forever I was treated bad just don't like the way it was handled. Food took forever so half of it was cold have half was warm.

I always have a good experience here. Michael is the best. Polite and cute. Great combo.
They always forget the dipping sauces even if u pay for them. And it sucks when i go there for the sauces and then dont get any at all. Theres always something missing. And this hasnt happened once but like over 5 times in a row. Within the last few months. This never used to happen a few months ago. Sounds petty but this is their frikin job to get the order right thats what they get paid for. And cuz most get paid more then teachers, then yes i expect them to get the order right!
